Worst experience ever
We have been purchasing new Ford cars since the mid eighties and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had.the salesman we ordered the car from got my name wrong when emailing me sent me an email about a different car that had a recall said that the 3day free drive away insurance wasn't available but it was and it cost us a lot more to insure on the day of delivery.and to top it all they wanted £250 to deliver the car so we picked it up ourselves with a 460 mile round trip and minimal petrol in the new car for our journey home.
