The overall friendliness
The overall friendliness, courtesy and helpfulness of all of the staff, not just the sales person.

Very pleased again.
Once again the service I received was excellent. Very helpful with all the emails you have to fill in. Because i was picking up an updated Kuga there was more sep in this one and thankfully Oscar had all the knowledge to explain all the buttons and what they can be used for, which is a great help as I was going on long drive so I could concentrate on driving and not on what buttons to press. This is my 6th car from them and have always had a good experience with them.
