I had a great experience at John Grose
I had a great experience at John Grose, particularly thanks to Stuart, the sales executive. From start to finish he was friendly, polite, and highly professional. He patiently answered every “silly” question I had about my new car without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Stuart made the whole process incredibly easy and, dare I say it, actually fun. A genuinely positive car-buying experience — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the team at John Grose.

The staff were engaged from the outset. I never had to chase them for anything and when they said they would do something, they did it at the stated time. Couldn't be faulted.
