I collected my Motability car yesterday…
I collected my Motability car yesterday and was helped enormously by Samuel Ryan-Holmes. I was shown how everything worked in great detail although with technology as it is, I am sure I have already forgotten some of it. My new shiny car
This is the first time I have purchased a brand new car, in fact it is the first time I have purchased a car.
George Kamala was my salesperson and I can not thank him enough for his professional and yet personal way in which he treated me. He answered all my questions (which I think other experienced drivers would have already knew), as if they were normal. he gave me a choice of registration plates and even sent me an image of the car so that I could see it before it arrived.
Al delivered my car, again a professional friendly guy who even helped me set up the app on my mobile and showed me how to store my favourite radio stations. i can not thank these guys enough. due to these two alone, I know I will always recommend John Grose Group to everyone.

Excellent customer service, purchased a used Ford Puma, had problem with air con. Booked car in with John Grose, was fixed same day with no charge. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a very satisfying experience.
