Complete rubbish company ..
bought full pagoda at grand designs excel priced was said covers everything like delivery and fitting , also discussed with the fitter and said he’s come follow Monday to fit it ,payed in full got delivery date too
Only to find out we got to pay extra for delivery and fitting ..
complete cowboys company ..
would never ever buy anything from them ..
wasted everyone’s time .

The table and chairs look lovely,they are a good quality and the mango wood is beautiful, looks quite modern in our dining room.
Delivered on time and the packaging was extremely strong and robust.

Absolute quality from start to finish.

Love,love, love my chair.... from the moment it was ordered to it being placed in its 'spot' by the delivery driver, the service has been fantastic. On the phone, by e mail... I've been kept in touch, my queries answered... fabulous service. The delivery driver Joseph was truly amazing, definately went above and beyond to navigate narrow staircase for me.

Thank you to ATKIN and THYME for beautiful chair which I ordered from you. Firstly the very polite member of staff whom I spoke to regarding details of the chair who also very willingly posted by first class post the samples of fabric for the chair.
The chair is beautiful, very well made and even better than I expected. The delivery was on time and made by two very pleasant young men.

From start to finish this company fulfilled everything you could want with top service. I purchased a marble top dining table with six chairs which is even better than it looks in the images online. I would highly recommend getting the service for the delivery men to assemble, as they are super efficient and know what they're doing. If all companies provided half as good products and service as A&T we'd be much better off.

The furniture is very stylish and feels solid. However, it might be a bit too solid as the drawers seem unnecessarily heavy and make the dresser fall forward, we had to attach it to the wall to keep safe. Also, the opening mechanism is a bit too rustic and a bit noisy, I would have expected a bit more finesse in a pricey piece. But it does look good.

The product is exactly what I ordered. Easy to assemble and with an impeccable design. Delivery was perfectly organized and on time, with constant tracking. The product packaging was perfect. The only downsides are a few scratches and a very strong odor from the tabletop, which tends to fade after a few days. Regarding these minor issues, I must say that the after-sales service was extremely responsive. Overall, a very good experience.

So far so good! Furniture ordered and we're now waiting for a delivery date and to see the item, which we're very excited about. Fingers crossed all smooth form here!

I ordered a side table from Atkin & Thyme, it arrived within 2 days. It arrived cracked so I contacted customer care and they organised a collection for the next day. I was very impressed and look forward to receiving my new one.

I recently purchased a light from Atkin & Thyme and their customer service has been brilliant, very impressed! We had to return one item and they even issued the refund on the same day that the item was collected.

Prompt delivery and excellent packaging which meant the furniture arrived in great condition.

I recently ordered theFlute Marble Sideboard - BlackSKU: AT1848 to match the console i had bought in the same style. Both products look beautiful and are very sturdy. I expressed my concern re the quality of polish finish of my second purchase and their customer services immediately dealt with it. I ordered two sets of the wonderful Hiro dining chairs (4 chairs in total) and my god they were even more beautiful in person than the pictures. The quality, beauty of the wood, personality, and charm of them is outstanding. Atkin & Thyme have such an interesting selection with some wonderful characterful items in amongst their selection.

The customer service team were amazing throughout, the site is so easy and nicely laid out, the delivery was a wonderful experience too being kept up to date throughout the process. The delivery cost of £39 for 4 dining chairs was really reasonable too.

After receiving the chairs I saw that they had gone to a 20% discount so contacted them to see if I could retroactively get the discount and they speedily got back to me saying they would do that and returned the difference straight away.

Such a good experience throughout, from a lovely site and selection, great and fast customer service, fast deliveries and superb communication throughout including the delivery process.

Ordered a double cocoon chair for the garden and didn’t realise I could claim 20% discount. Upon realising I contacted Atkin and Thyme to ask if they could still honour the discount even though I had already placed my order. They promptly refunded the amount into my account. Saving me so much money. I’m so pleased!
