Truly the worst customer service I have ever had. Would not recommend anyone to ever use them.

Took 7 months to get a formal response for a replacement on an £500+ item after 10+ emails chasing the customer service team.
They then took payment for a replacement item to which I never received the item, let alone a shipping notice 2 weeks after taking payment.

Would make a formal complaint to the ombudsmen. Do not recommend.

Having left a few caustic reviews on Trustpilot recently I decided it was only fair to give credit where credit is due. I ordered a chair which had a bit missing (hence 4* instead of 5) and had to go back, their customer services were easy to reach, really helpful and the collection was done on the promised day/time - this after sales service is so important when ordering online and sadly very unusual, thank you Atkin and Thyme!

Ordered a marble coffee table from them in October 2023. When the product was finally delivered it was faulty - the base did not align with the top so would not screw together. Reported to A&T who said they'd replace (had to wait several weeks). The replacement table has exactly the same problem. The delivery drivers reported this was common and they'd picked up several of these all with the same fault. So they took away the original faulty table and the replacement faulty table. Clearly a serious quality control issue and that they don't bother checking items before sending them out the door.

I understand new stock not due until late March so I will have to wait almost 6 months from original order for it to be fulfilled and in the meantime A&T hold onto my £600...

I phoned customer services who are really unhelpful and tell me to simply send an email. No apology or attempt to expedite my order or compensate me.

Their items are lovely but beware if you have a problem. It won't get resolved quickly and they are not interested in good customer service.

Very seamless order process, delivery, and assembly. I've gotten so many compliments on my furniture! They look like they're premium like Soho Home but without the super high price tag! Amazing find!

We purchased two Lily marble topped side tables with mango wood bases. These are absolutely gorgeous.even surpass our expectations.

I got my delivery on 31st August. The marble top was smashed. I’ve called several times now to try and sort this out. No one gets back to me with a new delivery date. It’s disgusting. I’ve spent nearly £1000 on an item. No apology. Nothing. Please ring me ASAP. Not happy.

We made a large order of various items, marble coffee table, hallway console table, bedside tables, dressing table, mirror and lamp. The communciation to deliver was excellent as were the delivery guys. The furniture was really well packed and in pristine condition. We are delighted with all the items and their uniqueness and quality compared to whats available on the high street. Well done guys, we will order again for sure.

Absolutely furious, purchased a console table in March 2022, and parts of the gold finishing already peeling off. Not what you expect for a £499 piece of furniture!

Significant wear and tear to my dressing table/desk, after less than 2 years. They took over 6 weeks with me having to chase them various times and they are “not able to provide a resolution to this matter”

Very happy with the cabinet I ordered, originally advertised in Home & Antiques. The price was much cheaper than I thought it would be, so I was dubious as to what I would get. But I had no need to worry the cabinet is amazing - I only had to add the legs. The delivery drivers were very careful in handling the cabinet - very happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend and use this company again.

As mentioned by previous reviewer the bedside drawers stank when they arrived. This has now gone thankfully however for the price they are not the quality I expected. The drawers aren’t on metal runners so are near impossible to close without have to put your full body weight into them which you shouldn’t have to do whilst in bed! I expect this with cheap furniture but not for this price. I couldn’t be bothered with the faff of returning but wish I had as now hate them.

I recently bought a marble-top coffee table from Atkin and Thyme, which we really love. A few weeks later, while we were away, a huge crack developed in the marble table top. I was worried that I might need to make a claim on my insurance or my credit card company but I emailed Atkin and Thyme to explain what happened and they immediately offered to send a replacement, apologising for what must have been some kind of natural fault in the marble itself. They could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend.

Just received a nice looking lamp from Atkin and Thyme… but the moment i turn on the lamp, the LED bulb (15W vs <25W recommended) blew up and the fuse in the house went off… faulty and likely dangerous product from a premium brand like Atkin and Thyme is unacceptable… now i try to figure out how to return this product… will avoid this brand in the future, nice design but faulty product.

I have been dealing with by Rebecca in customer service re a return and prior to that Emily on a delivery. The product is beautiful and of a high quality, it just doesn't quite fit with the décor of our room. This is a second home so not always available for delivery and collection. The customer service has been impeccable, extremely helpful and very flexible throughout the process. I would recommend this company to anyone, they have some lovely products and with a service you can trust. Hope to order again in the future.

Bought 2 of the Greenwich Bedside sets of drawers. What looked lovely on their website turned out to be awful cheap junk.
There were sharp screw ends poking through the back of the unit which I cut myself on when unpacking and all three of the drawers in one of the units won't open properly two are stuck completely halfway and one is absolutely un-moveable. The other set the middle drawer won't open at all.
Sticker on the back made in India and I am surprised this rubbish lasted the trip. Wasted almost £600 and won't ever buy from them again. One star is more than enough. Tried to get them replaced but no one answers phone or email and in the end reluctantly gave up. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Furnished an entire new home in the last 8 months and this is the only poor review I have had to write. Next time sticking to John Lewis, White Company and other reputable suppliers. Read many of the other reviews on here and negative all same the same type of issue and the positive clearly have been written by the company. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

Beautiful piece of furniture. I formed of delivery and process at all times. Will certainly purchase from again.

Amazing design. Bedside table came securely packed. Delivery was also really smooth and quick. It was so easy to assemble and I’ve been getting many compliments for the bedside table now!

Excellent quality. Ive bought a drinks trolley, side tables and a coffee table from Atkins&Thyme - very pleased with it all!
