All but one of the things I ordered were perfect! One shelf came with a chip in it, hence the missing star. But everything else was nice and it arrived pretty quickly.

Ordered A Hoodie Weeks Ago before Christmas, Just Looked At the Order i placed with them and there on the tracking information said item was delivered yesterday by UPS...I Checked with UPS And they Couldn't Find Any Such Order With Tracking # Provided,Being A Federal Employee i think i can find Out About This Company.

Ordered product Nov 3rd, never arrived. Company sent a refund today with no explanation.

I am still waiting for a pair of shoes I ordered on the 5th of November! I have emailed their customer services countless times, and no one can even give me an estimation of when my shoes will be shipped. Absolutely shocking, do not buy from here.

Ordered nearly £50 worth of house decor with £5.99 next day dispatch on the 28th dec. Its now the 5th Jan and has only just been dispatched. I've emailed them twice, once through their website and once directly with no reply. Have had to go to another site to order exactly the same thing which was dispatched straight away (for free!). I used to shop here years ago, such a shame its gone downhill... I also see they take any negative reviews off another reviewing site.

This company is ridiculous absolutely no contact whatsoever. I bought these shoes on the 17th of December and I emailed them to see if I could track my parcel and they were avoiding the question. And I’ve emailed them 15 more times still no answer. Called 10 times no answer. I spent £117 on my daughters Christmas present and she doesn’t have one now. Stealing people money

There's a reason that they don't use Trust Pilot...

Over the Xmas period, their comms have been shocking - and nowhere on the site to let customers know properly when they're open. I assumed they'd be open 29th/30th then closed over New Years again (like most online businesses - my own included), but nobody's on the phones or replying to emails, and on their site I've noticed they don't link to Trust Pilot at all. Now I'm trying to cancel my order bc I needed the hair dye sooner rather than later, and I've had to order the same dye at a marked up price on Amazon for same-day delivery... I know worse things have happened to people, but I'm still frustrated regardless.

Very bad never ordering from here again , save your money! i waited TWO MONTHS for my shoes to be shipped out of there and its still wasn't shipped out,at some point costumer service didn't answer the phone,and when they did they said they were out of stock without telling me or writing it in the site,and i had to involve my bank to get my money back.very disappointing.

DONT BOTHER WITH THEM. Ive ordered boots for myself on October and when they came in THEY WERE LITERALLY TORN AND BROKEN. I have no idea how it's even possible but it is. Asked for a full refund and got told to wait. I've been waiting for months now... Even got a third-party involved and still nothing. Please, if you value your money then don't order anything from these scum. Also Barry, really rude, not helpful and doesn't answer your questions. Stay away

Ordered a pair of shoes for my granddaughter in October for her birthday, but was immediately advised that they would not be available until the end of November. As Willow really wanted these shoes, she was happy to wait. Time went on through no fault of Attitude Clothing, and when I contacted them to say that Willow was desperate to wear them on the last day of term before Christmas, I had an immediate response from Barry to say that he would personally do all he could to make this possible. With his help this was made possible, and Willow felt really special wearing them. Thank you Barry and Attitude Clothing for your great Customer service.

Terrible compagny.I ordered boots on the 21st of novembre for my daugher's christmas present and I am stil waiting.
It 'a chocking and I will do every thing to be refund.
Now she has no present.

I ordered some Demonia boots at the start of December, plenty of time for Christmas delivery. The boots showed as 'in stock' and payment was taken on order. No emails and impossible to get through by telephone. 2 days before Christmas and I have given up hoping that they will turn up.
Almost £100 down the drain and I cannot afford to buy anymore for my daughters Christmas present.
Please think before using this company. I am now waiting on the telephone to my bank, to see if I can reclaim my money.

What an absolute disgusting company!
Very poor customer service, I am disgusted! I originally placed an order on 27th November from this company, I purchased some gifts to send to a friend.
Through out the past 4 weeks I have been
emailing this company to see where my parcel is. On 22nd December (3 days till Christmas) I get a response from Barry from Attitude clothing that my parcel, (in his own words) ‘seems to have just disappeared’ It’s been 4 bloody weeks since I’ve ordered and NOW you tell me that it’s ‘disappeared’ So why on earth have you not sent me a replacement? Sending me a refund with out me asking what I would prefer, what kind of service is this?
Anyway, I’m still waiting for my refund to land into my account, I will be in contact with my bank and will also be making Trading Standards aware of this.

Made an order on 17th December which was supposed to be cut off for delivery before Christmas. When I went online it stated "awaiting items". I emailed customer services several times to ask what items they were waiting on and could they send what they had or if it wasn't going to arrive before Christmas could they advise me so I could organise other presents for my daughter, I had no response. I also tried to ring their customer service line but it was constantly engaged. I understand it's a busy period but lack of communication is unacceptable. Their merchandise may be great I wouldn't know but their customer service department is dire and if something is out of stock they shouldn't accept money for it online, end of.

Got my Christmas presents from here and they've just cancelled my order... Probably too late to get anything delivered in time for Christmas now. Awful company.

This company is an absolute joke, total scammers and are only interested in taking people's money. BEWARE do not order from this company, you will not receive any goods, and you will loose your money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

I have ordered an item more than 2 months ago and still have not received it. I tried calling their customer service via phone and email and no response. There has been 0 communication about my order and expected delivery and this company is acting highly unprofessional. I will NEVER buy anything from this company.

Ordered demonia boot in October this year, no communication to say when the item was coming as it was a pre-orders. Then email to say boots coming. When I asked where they were was told just received delivery and with a bit of luck would be went. This is not the only item on my order not a pre-orders. Still waiting for items.

Eventually did get a response via email to say they were not in the delivery and then without me asking I got an email from PayPal to say I had received a full refund for the boots.

Have tried over 50 times to phone them without any success.

Do not use this company they have very poor customer service.

Ordered a set of items, one major item and then added another smaller item just for fun.

I was then informed that they had taken the money for the items bought. Thinking that it was then about to be shipped. However I wrote them about a question in regards to the shipment of the items, but got no answer.

Then a day later they wrote that my main item that I had purchased wasn't in stock anymore, so they would send only the added thing, for full cost of shipping and handling and keep the rest of my money on their account for later use.
I wrote them telling them to cancel the full purchase and refund me the money to my own account.

Today I got information that they have made a postage for the item to be sent that I didn't want cause of them not being able to fullfill the full purchase.

This is such a scam site. Do not expect any service from them, and for them to just grab your money. I will request a refund and bad provider status at my bank if they do not refund me fully.

Appalling service - placed an order on 6/12/2020 and other than taking my money and order confirmation have received nothing.
Unable to get through via phone call which is either engaged or rings out and email keeps coming up as being invalid.
A really shoddy expensive company which surprises me that they are still in business - I will be contacting the bank to reclaim my funds and will not recommend this company to anyone (wish I had read the reviews first)
