What a fantastic team of drainage experts.

Three engineers arrived at my property exactly at the time scheduled. They were clean, tidy, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the job. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and they made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely straightforward.

I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Highly recommended.

The old drain to my kitchen sink was totally blocked, several well known companies came out and failed miserably to clear it. It was flooding water out over the flags and running down the gennel in between myself and my neighbours. We ended up contacting our house insurance who sent out an Auger engineer. Digonosed a drain collapse. Within a couple of days a second engineer came out, and had to dig out two drains and re route them. It wasn’t an easy job, but it was completed back filled and re flagged by the end of the day. He worked though really cold inclement weather. The company kept us updated and the engineers both gave full explanations of what had to be done and on the day exactly what he was doing. Absolutely cannot fault this company.

Came out to fix the leak the very next day due to a cancellation, excellent communication prior to the visit. The workman himself could not have been better, very knowledgable and extremely capable, polite and an amazing work ethic. Highly recommended.

Today ive had a lovely gentleman out from auger drainage company, ive had an infestation of pests in the drain and these have done everything to help us .
The work that was carried out was done with no fuss and no complaints they where an amazing company to deal with .
The job was to dig up my floor to get at a pipe that the rodent cracked, but on checking this , they only had to make the hole previously done made bigger rather than disrupt the floor tiles and make the job bigger & harder so we was very happy with this outcome.
They where helpful from the start to the finish and would recommend the company to anyone who needs work doing to this standard. I even had a call from a lady called Emily to see if we was happy with the work carried out , let's hope this will be the last we hear from the rodents .

From the people I spoke to on the phone to the person who came to my home they were really friendly, very helpful and informative !, made me feel like they cared and wanted to do their best for you.

Auger were appointed by our home insurance company to survey our drainage problems and recommend works to repair them. We decided to accept Auger doing the repairs and these were carried out quickly, with the paving replaced and the property left clean and tidy. The staff were excellent throughout, both the team in the office and engineers attending the property. Auger also charged less than a competitor who had initially attended the property and recommended works. The team spoke about Auger very positively, it sounds like they look after their staff well and it was apparent in the excellent attitude and professionalism of the team. I will contact Auger for any issues in the future and would strongly recommended them.

An old victorian/lead pipe (off a communal feed) had started to leak. Auger came out and were able to cap-off an old pipe. The representative from Auger was experienced and simply got on with the job in hand, found the right point to isolate the supply (end of the street), knocked on doors to explain to neighbours, then got stuck in digging down to the pipe, capped it off and back-filled. Very impressed.

This company were appointed by my insurance company and carried out an excellent job. Communication leading up to the work was very clear and the site team were polite, communicative and tidy. Very happy with the drainage work they carried out (survey, pipe lining and pipe repairs).

A complete solution to locate, consider the fix and resolve a leaking water pipe. Technicians are multi skilled and able to undertake any necessary work required to repair. Augur keep you fully informed throughout the process and liaise with insurers on your behalf.

Had a blocked sewage pipe and wanted this to be fixed on insurance (Aviva). This was subcontracted to Auger who were too busy to fix the pipe quickly enough, with pipe blocked and advised by Southern Water to fix ASAP to avoid sewage coming into house. Hence, we had to go with a private contractor. Subsequently trying to agree a settlement with Auger has been a nightmare and have had to complain to insurance company. Ultimately, it all comes back to Auger not being able to handle the work at the time. Very disappointing and upsetting service. Would advise anyone in a similar situation to go straight to insurance if Auger say they are too busy to fix in necessary timeframe and work out a solution; because of the urgency, we straightaway booked a private contractor after Auger said they couldn't see us quickly enough - with hindsight a mistake.

The work was carried out on a water leak in the garden with the minimum of fuss, and in just a few hours. Jack was the perfect worker with no need for us to worry about a thing.

From inital phone call to the works being carried out Auger kept me updated. The operative attended my property & carried out the work which included digging 2 holes & CCTV of my drains. When he left the property was back as if nothing had ever happened. I was very anxious about such works being carried out as I had had new patio laid 6 months prior. They left it as it was which h was a relief.

The office staff and engineering workforce were very helpful throughout my claim. My issue was diagnosed and fixed in a very timely manner. Thank you to all involved in my claim.
