Scam site do not fall for this fake site… be warned

I've been a loyal customer of austin reed for over a decade, their suits fit me better then other brands. I recently purchased a charcoal three piece suit from the austinreed.store in london and it fits perfectly, I ended up getting alot of compliments. The instore customer service was great, Collin helped me ensure the sizing was correct and helped accessorize my suit

Suits look good and fit well but quality of stitching really poor. Bought two suits, first one seam around pocket split open on first wear, second suit stitching went on trouser leg seam after 3 months. I wouldn't buy another, M&S Italian stitched suits better styling and quality. Steer well clear

Just bought an Austin Reed men’s reversable polo,
Dec. 24, 2019, very poor quality, the thread ripped off, after just one washing

If you return an item then you will struggle to get refund from them. You have to chase them for weeks and then provide them with the tracking no and proof of posting although they have already received the item. The worse company to deal with. I will never buy from them again. Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Dreadful company.
Moss Brothers, the best in everything. Stay away from Austin Reed. No wonder they went into liquidation.

Use to buy trousers and suites from Austin Reed when they had stores and shortly after they went to online only but appears not to be the same. Order the same trousers and the quality is no where the same and not worth £110. Vastly tapered for "regular fit" as well as around two inches shorter than their previous "Long" length size that I currently own. Definitely lost a customer.

Website payment page not working so e-maile AR. No reply after 10 days.

When I did manage to order a suit, it arrived with a huge filthy black mark on it so had to be returned. Was not refunded for postage. Struggled to contact customer services who weren't answering the phone. Now they are arguing about refunding the postage! Will not be ordering from AR again.

Having placed an order for some trousers and a shirt mid October, I thought I would get an excellent level of service from a reputable company, how very wrong I was. The order never arrived. It was sent via Hermes and that was the downfall of Austin Reeds reputation. Failed delivery on two occasions as package given to wrong courier for delivery, then going back to sorting hub. Numerous phone calls to customer service who arranged for next day delivery only to be scheduled for a weekend delivery despite being assured would be a Friday ???.Had to wait to get refund. Austin Reed you seriously need to look at getting a better delivery service in place, as this is your reputation that is currently being destroyed not Hermes. Rest assured I will no longer be placing orders with this company ever again.

I decided to order a blazer from Austin Reed from there Nick Hart Red Collection, initially it was in stock and then I received a email saying it was out of stock which annoyed me and then I saw it was back in stock a couple of days later. So I emailed them and the customer service assistant was very apologetic and reordered it and gave me a gesture of goodwill. This impressed me as they showed that customer service is important which means I trust them as a company. I received the product promptly and I have to say it was in exceptional packaging which is a real classy touch. Thirdly the product was really amazing, lovely sleek fitted blazer.

The Nick Hart Red range is really awesome too and I am now tempted to buy a couple of suits from there. I like the fact they have a lot of sizes, I like the fact they do 3 piece suits, the materials are high quality and for me most importantly the cut of the suit really stands out from other suits. The only thing I would say is it would be nice to have a look-book from this range as you can briefly see it on the start of there collection but it doesn't show the individual pieces from the advert.

Unfortunately I have had to change my rating from 5 star to 2 stars as I did go and order 2 more matching suits from the range for a upcoming wedding at a cost of £400 and again one of the jackets was out of stock which was very disappointing and had to cancel the whole order as I had to chase Austin Reed myself. There stock system is clearly outdated as when you order online its like luck whether they really have the item. Very poor indeed will have to look elsewhere now. I only hope the chairman reads this because this is a classic case of alienating your customers.
