It’s a scam!
Australia Express Immigration is a scam. I paid them $599 USD for what I believed was professional help with my Australian visa application. Instead, they took my money, bombarded me with constant messages and phone calls (including ringing on Sundays), and provided no real service in return.
Now the money is gone and I’ll never see it back. They present themselves as an Australian company with a nice-looking website, but they are actually based in Israel and appear to have no properly registered MARA migration agents involved.
This is a classic immigration scam pattern. Do not trust them. Do not hand over any money. If you’re applying for an Australian visa, go directly through the official Department of Home Affairs website (homeaffairs.gov.au) and only use registered migration agents listed on the official MARA register.
I regret falling for their aggressive sales tactics and strongly warn everyone to stay away.
Stay away from this organization
Stay away from this organization, they will take you down a rabbit hole and you will not get anywhere, still fighting to get my thousands of dollars back.
Red flag, scam… avoid at all cost.
If your looking to get a AU visa go through the government website and you will save your self from the heart ache and possibly thousands of dollars.
Read all the negative impacts in recent reviews and dont get side tracked by the bogus ones.
Civil will be the to go if i keep getting jerked around.
Don't trust this company. Fraud
Fake company.. been 15 days that they will refund.. still nothing.. only emails..
Avoid this company
Avoid this company, do not pay them any money. I would advise anyone thinking of
using this company to read these the reviews and take them seriously.
In common with others I have fallen foul of Australia-Express. I’m writing this review
because despite repeated attempts at direct contact the company has not
responded. The last three emails I have sent to their ‘customer service’ email
address requesting specific answers have been ignored.
I paid this company a total of £3164.00 and feel that I have been totally scammed.
For this money the company seem to have just: provided one initial zoom meeting,
advised on how to rewrite my cv to appeal to the Australian employment market,
advised on setting up a LinkedIn
profile and added me to various job recruitment sites.
The two agents I dealt with have never been available to speak to and only contactable by email and then with
the 3-5 working day turn around. Despite repeated requests for a telephone contact
number one was never provided.
Australia-Express will argue, as they have done in some of the generic responses to
other reviews that they are ‘a legitimate international immigration consulting firm’.
However, they have not been fully available for any consulting if they are unavailable
for phone calls.
A call to a number listed for Australia-Express actually belongs to ‘Fiat Motorhomes’.
In my specific case I was advised that they had applied for and received interest in
my CV for some positions, but the companies had not progressed my application,
fair enough but when I asked for specific information about which specific roles and
which specific companies my email was ignored, when I asked for access to all the
information data held on file for me this was ignored despite me having a right to this
under the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
Futhermore, I asked simply for the details of which specific MARA agent(s) had
worked on my case, again this request was ignored.
As a side-note Australia-Express is an Israel based company, research shows that
none listed top employees have any contact telephone numbers and only generic
emails.Perhaps I could submit a complaint to the Israel Government
Consumer Protection and Fair Trade Authority.
A legitimate company would have attempted to address concerns and provide at
least a partial refund bearing in mind their inability to be able to prove that they have
acted in the manner that they promise and claim to have done. Hiding behind a
‘money is non-refundable’ and to request a ‘legal form ‘ to be completed is not
legitimate business practice.
I also have full date stamped correspondence and website scans taken before you
changed your website.
I advise anyone reading this review to also carefully read any response from
Australia-Express and judge for themselves the extent to which it addresses the
points in my review and the extent to which it is a copy and paste ‘generic’ response
which seems to be the case with most responses.
I’M NOT DROPPING THIS UNLESS FEES ARE REFUNDED AND WILL BE
WILLING TO JOIN A CIVIL LAWSUIT WITH OTHERS AS HAS BEEN SUGGESTED
ON OTHER REVIEWS.
They’ve been blowing my phone up…
They’ve been blowing my phone up nonstop for the past month now. Unfortunately they scammed me 350 USD and I was gullible enough to believe “they were South Africans who moved to Australia over 10 years ago “ . Yet they didn’t know even a single SAn lingo snd they both had Indian accents . This company is a scam, no matter what they say , never PAY ANYTHING !

Most probably not legit
My detailed warning review about this operation was recently removed. I'm reposting because people need to know the truth. You provided MARA number which does NOT exist on the official government register at mara's official website- using fake or unauthorized agent credentials is illegal in Australia. You claim Melbourne CBD offices but your staff didn't even know what CBD means or provide a street address. You called from US, Australian, and Turkish numbers that all disconnect when called back - this isn't "global VoIP practice," it's deliberate untraceable communication to avoid accountability. You charged $535 USD with a .com domain despite claiming to be Australian-based (legitimate Australian firms use .au and AUD). Your "assessment" was reading a generic script with zero personalized document review or actual analysis. You called on Sunday, have no reachable support department, and provided no legitimate service worth the fees charged. I have documented everything: the fake MARA number, call logs from multiple countries, payment records, and email correspondence showing lack of substance. I am pursuing a chargeback through my payment provider. I demand an immediate full refund of all fees paid ($535 USD total). Case ID: 201719. IMMEDIATELY
THEY ARE SAYING CONTACT WITH US FROM THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT, THE ONE WHO TAKES THE CALL IS FROM A CAR DEALERSHIP COMPANY IN AUSTRALIA. THEY CONFIRMED THAT THEY DON’T HAVE ANY SERVICES RELATED WITH IMMIGRATION SERVICES. I WANT MY FEE BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Case ID: [204440]
I paid $599 for a professional family visa assessment that would take 15-30 working days.
I went through this service as the child in the application was a red flag when researching that he would most likely not get accepted.
After 2 working days I got a call to say I could apply for 3 different visas (a quick Google search told me the same information) and that to proceed any further they wanted over $2000 extra for a main adult application to continue.
When I mentioned the childs physical and mental issues they were not even known and was told 'it will probably be alright' and to just pay and go through with the solo application, afterwards we can go through the application of the child.
This is a massive red flag. The company OMARA registered (The official Australian Immigration register) and simply pass your details for an extortionate fee. It's simpler and cheaper to just go to the OMARA website and use an official Australian immigration service.
Writing again
Writing again - account was removed for some reason - Michael was a big help, and even though I asked a million questions, she never failed to reply. Immigration is scary, but I am glad I could proceed with my visa process with them. Highly recommended!
I used this company's paid service for…
I used this company's paid service for assistance with an Australian visa application (Case ID: 204530).
Here are the facts of my experience:
The service was presented as professional help with visa applications, but no meaningful progress or outcome was ever delivered despite payment.
When issues were raised, the company offered only a partial refund (initially 50%, later 75%) tied to conditions, including demands to remove public reviews and agree not to make further statements — a clear attempt to suppress feedback.
Support correspondence stated that finance and support teams are outsourced in Israel and operate remotely.
The privacy policy on the website references only the California CCPA, with no mention of EU GDPR despite processing personal data from an EU resident (me, in Ireland).
In one email, support mentioned another customer's name and application details when communicating with me, which was unnecessary and raised serious concerns.
Attached "evidence" screenshots provided in response to complaints were largely empty, with only one showing a basic open ticket and minimal logs.
Response to a formal GDPR data access request was completely inadequate — no copy of personal data provided, no required details on processing, recipients, or lawful basis.
No evidence has ever been provided that the company or its representatives are registered with Australia's Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), which is legally required to give paid immigration assistance in Australia.
Google has already removed the company's ads for violating advertising policies.
My strong advice: Apply directly through the official Australian Department of Home Affairs website (immi.homeaffairs.gov.au) — it's cheaper, legitimate, and avoids third-party risks.
When the refund is complete depending on which route was needed to complete it successfully I will then decide how many agencies this company will further be reported to.
Google & Israel government body both already confirmed this is a scam for phishing and money.
Both have clearly outlined who else to report it to.
Would not recommend this service to anyone.
Ps. They have offered a full refund with a nda and gag order and stop any charge backs, that is against my consumer rights if I remove this review.
They have also tried to have it removed on defamatory grounds. Which trust pilot rejected as everything I have said is truth and factual.
Edit: after they posted the below.
The refund is back to me after 17 days. I signed no gag order or NDA and I also helped another person do the same.
If they would like to continue the utter nonsense that i could easily dismantle your company with I would suggest you change your reply to the facts promptly or remove it completely.
You have until the 20th January to do so. I was amicably leaving it at that but clearly your intelligence is limited to what I stated in my emails i can continue If you like. The next will be contacting the vast amount of others in my similar grievance situation and help them with the same.
Your call. I'm open to both right now.

Pure Scam STAY AWAY!!
Stay well away from this company this is a Scam! They have no morals, they stole money from innocent people who want to make a better life for themselves, I have requested a refund less than 24hours after supposedly getting a service that they never did nothing was done, after I did extensive research to find out about this company they are not legit at all. Fake people fake website have no problem taking money off people can not even spell names right for the people your supposedly making a service for. I will tear this scam apart I will not stop until I receive my full payment back
Ps, they tried to remove and flag my review as well as others but I’m still here I’m not going away!
Edited again,
I reject your response and stand by my review.
Your claim of “clear disclosure” is inaccurate. The service was presented in a way that did not fairly or transparently explain its nature, value, or necessity before payment.
Starting work immediately after payment does not justify how the service was sold or address the concerns raised about misrepresentation. You did nothing.
The refund was issued only after I challenged the transaction and your “company” Describing this as a “gesture of goodwill” does not reflect the circumstances and does not negate the issues experienced.
Based on my direct experience, I maintain serious concerns about how your service operates and is marketed. Stating that clients can apply independently through the official government website highlights how unnecessary and poorly justified your service was in my case.
This is an honest account of my experience. I am entitled to share it so others can make an informed decision.
My review is accurate and I will not be retracting it.

Bad experience
I search for this company after my interview because I was worried it was a scam.
I talked with someone named Ali Taylor and this person didnt even turn on the camera.
I Just wanted to ask some questions and to know if I was legit to have a work and holiday visa and I explain it at the beginning.
Ali Taylor wanted to persue with explanations that help me to understand how it works . After he asked for me to pay a fee while I was on the enterview I thought it was scatchy and I told him I would not pay at that time because I had to think about the possibilities. He was very rude saying that I had until friday to decide , that if I did not Make it till friday that I would not have my visa because Australia government would not give it to me . and hung up on my face . Of course I am not taking anything from this company .

Just wanted to share my experience…
Just wanted to share my experience applying for an Aussie visa-used Australia -Express to help me out. They walked me through everything and were pretty good at clearing up my confusion. That said, it did take a bit longer than I expected to hear back on a couple of follow-ups. But overall, they made the whole thing way less stressful, and I'm glad my visa approved.
I’m concerning…
After reading all these reviews, I’m a bit worried too.. we just paid more than 300USD fee, after spoke to one of the agent today they required us to pay and other service fee which is around 5000USD….is anyone had the same case?
Great Service, Excellent Results
The team is very professional, the MARA agent I worked with was responsive and efficient. I got my skilled migration PR visa after a long and stressful road but I couldn't have done it without Australia express. Thank you.
