Is this site trust worthy. Why I am asking I got a call this morning amd went through the whole questions amd so on. But can't carry on till I pay a fee then will go to the next step. But I have rather hesitate on paying that amd I get scammed.

Its a bit concerning that they want you to make a payment tthe first time you call just to enquire...
Is it a good idea to get a visa without having a job offer?..
I don't know.. seems it should be the other way around.. get a job first, then persue a visa etc..

Approach with caution!
So many red flags were raised within a 24 hour window. They take US$349 payment for 'legal expenses' without conducting any assessments to see if you're a suitable candidate for any visa types. When you request a refund (even if it's within a 24 hour window) as you don't want to proceed due to some questionable approaches and misleading information that has been provided, they will not honour a refund.

They're clearly very well versed scammers who've thought this through and planned ahead with cunning intent, even credit card companies are unable to honour any chargeback claims due to the small print detailing there will be no refunds issued!

Truly an absolutely disgraceful company to work with.

P.S. In all fairness, yes, Australia Express have reached out a few times to increase the value on their offer of a partial refund but it is also "conditional to the Trustpilot’s review removal before the refund issued."

I genuinely believe that Australia Express is a scam company. My experience has been nothing but negative, and I think everyone should be very cautious before using them. They seem to lack professionalism and transparency, and I would advise anyone looking for immigration assistance to stay far away from them. The whole process feels shady, and I don't think their services are trustworthy in any way.

This is an updated review following my previous one from November, which you can check. I gave them until December 1st to respond, and they know I’m drafting another review.

My experience was HORRIBLE AND HORRIFIC. They admitted fault and even offered a $100 refund, which I still have not received.

They dared to call me a liar. I am genuinely concerned that my visa to Australia could be jeopardized because of their actions, as I'm en route there.

The numerous red flags, poor communication, and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. This young company prioritises profit over customer satisfaction, failing to deliver on its promises. Misleading me and labelling me a liar is entirely out of line.

I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances. This has been an incredibly stressful experience with a company that operates unethically. Feel free to engage their services if you want to waste your money, time, and stress levels to the test. However, if you are looking for a company that prioritises its customers and maintains a meaningful working relationship, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.

I am happy to state facts.
You offered a refund which was extremely pathetic. I asked for at least half of what I paid for which you refused and I replied to your email and asked you for the refund.

They upsold on this visa which was Job searches, recruitment help and housing which they did not complete. They job searches were all wrong. I had 90% of the information already.
They admitted fault with the job searches.
You admitted faults so to say I claimed you didn't provided a service is untrue.
You haven't responded to any emails since the 1st of December 2024.

You offered to keep my information and documents on file for later.

They got me my visa and it was ALOT of money. They have ignored my emails and updates, they are supposed to help with work , housing and other various things . They still don't answer emails. They were extremely unprofessional.
For the money I paid for... It was not worth it at all. I've lost 5 months of my 1 year stay because of them. They ignore when you ask for refunds. They ignore when you ask for updates.
Just look for better services. There are better services who actually help you set up your bank and Medicare.
They actually want to help you. Unfortunately this service Australia express just want to take your money
