Terrible customer service, cheaply made product but the data/science/technology works well.

Horrible customer support. Why spend hundreds of dollars on something when you then can’t get support as needed? I will not be recommending this product to anyone I know. It’s been increíble frustrating and not worth it at all

Bought the bracelet in 2023 and the strap broke shortly after receiving it. With some tape, the bracelet worked fine. Now I am wanting to use the bracelet again and it has stopped working completely. I've submitted multiple service requests with no response. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Amazon has more of a watch band that is more secure attachment.

I was way more in tune with my body. So glad I decided not to go on birth control. It was right on with my ovulation and my period. I loved that it also tracks my sleep. Truly one of the best purchases I've ever made. And the whole app is designed in a way that's so easy! And it gives you facts and articles everyday which I love!

I liked this device and it worked for about 6 months. First the loops broke that hold the extra strap in place - fine, it still functioned, for about one more month. First it stared acting strange, not holding charge, not recording data. Then it just stopped working entirely. The face of the device came loose and now it wont record data at all. It charges, lights up, even vibrates when I put it on to tell me it is ready. But in the morning, it says that it was not connected or charged fully and there was an "error in recording data." I have reached out to the company for 2 weeks not, several times, with no response - just like another reviewer I see from a few days ago. I am trying to get pregnant and cannot afford to wait for a response any longer and will have to buy a new - DIFFERENT - device. Waste of money in the end.

I got it two years ago and loved it at first, had no issues. Now when TTC again the strap broke and I’ve sent several emails and recieved zero response over the course of two weeks. I’m not sure if they were bought out by another company and now have no customer service but there is no phone number to call, only email and no one responds. A year ago I would’ve recommended it but now I would say find another brand because if you have issues there’s no recourse.

Scam!!! SCAM!!! Run!!! Bracelet stopped working after a week of using it!! Clasp was set upside down!! I sent over 5 emails regarding clasp and bracelet not working and no response!!! Save your hopes and dreams somewhere else!! I m filling a lawsuit against Ava Women fertility!!!!!

I have used this tracker now for two pregnancies. The first time round I only used it for a month, it accurately predicted my ovulation and I found the temp tracking so much easier that taking oral bbt. The second time round my cycle varied a bit more between 26-30 days but still within Ava's recommendations. Ava's predictions were all over the place and I found there is no way to manually edit ovulation date. I have been LH testing as well so I was able to use that and the temp/pulse data to pinpoint my ovulation each month. It takes a long time for Ava's algorithm to readjust if you have even one off cycle. Each month I did get a confirmation of ovulation, I just think the dates weren't correct. I still maintain this is the easiest way to track temperature, no problems with broken sleep and multiple trips to see my toddler. The temp and pulse readings before my period was due were a very reliable indicator of pregnancy (or not) so for that it was worth the price. I bought my Ava on ebay second hand, its a 2019 model and still working. the strap is useless but I bought another on ebay and it works a treat. Ava says that you can't replace the battery and that made me worry about buying second hand but I've had no need to replace the battery and I think it is possible to do if needs be.

I love my Ava watch. It is so wonderful to use and I like all of the data. I have easily become pregnant with 2 babies tracking my fertility. My only dislike is that the ovulation isn’t always correct and I does not let me override the day of ovulation. As the user I know, but my data isn’t always reflecting correctly.

I’ve been using Ava to track my cycle and pregnancies for almost 6 years now. I only wore the bracelet, as it was first generation and stopped working after a while, leading up to my first pregnancy. The data I received on my cycle was invaluable and I’ve gotten pregnant four times now by tracking consistently with Ava. I recommend the technology to all of my friends because I can’t believe it’s worked so well for me. When my husband and I were trying to conceive our first, I had tracked for a year, and we got pregnant our second month of trying. Our last three pregnancies, we have gotten pregnant our first month of trying. Couldn’t be more thrilled with Ava!

Kundenservice scheint es nicht mehr zu geben.

Anfangs waren wir mit dem Armband wirklich zufrieden, bei einer ersten Reklamation haben wir schnell Hilfe erhalten.
Nun ist allerdings das Band komplett ausgefusselt und kann so nicht mehr verwendet werden. Bereits mehrfach versucht Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice aufzunehmen. Keine Reaktion...

Das Armband selbst ist gut. Es scheint verlässlich Daten aufzunehmen und wenn man es jeden Tag auflädt, reicht auch die Akku-Dauer für die ganze Nacht. Das Band wird mit der Zeit mürbe, je nachdem wie lange man es nutzt, muss man es nach ca. 1 Jahr austauschen. Meines ist dann bspw. gerissen.
Was mich aber eigentlich so geärgert hat, ist Folgendes: ich hatte das Armband für einen erhöhten Preis gekauft, weil da die Garantie dabei war, dass man, wenn man nach 1 Jahr nicht schwanger ist, das Geld zurück bekommen würde. Ich habe das also nach 12 Monaten beantragt, aber bis auf die mehrfache Aufforderung, ich solle meine Daten mit dem Support teilen (was ich die ganze Zeit getan habe), kam keine richtige Antwort. Ich habe dem Kundenservice noch mehrmals geschrieben, irgendwann kam einfach gar keine Antwort mehr. Mein Geld habe ich nicht wieder gesehen.

Ça faisait quelques mois qu’on était en essai bébé. Je suis tombée directement enceinte avec le bracelet. Cela m’a permis de savoir quand était l’ovulation et ça arrivait des fois 2-3 jours plus tard que normal. Étonnant car j’ai un cycle régulier. Ça nous a bien aidé et ça m’a rassurée.

Love everything about the Ava bracelet except for the band which keeps breaking. Would love a band that's more robust. The rubber is too soft and it snaps after continual use.

I’ve been able to conceive both my pregnancies using Ava gives me peace of mind, knowing that I am calculating the right days to be intimate for pregnancy

Still waiting to hear back about my bracelet being broken. The band is ripped and I’m having to tape it together to use it. Everytime I’ve submitted a ticket I get told they are “restructuring” and have gotten no actual response aside from automatic responses. Very very disappointed in their lack of customer service. Also the money I spent on it you would think I could get a replacement or atleast a response a bit quicker. I will never recommend this product to anyone I know.

Es gibt keinen Kundenservice mehr. Über das Kontaktformular auf der Website erhält man keine Antwort, E-Mails kommen als unzustellbar zurück. Nutze das Armband seit Jahren. Früher hat der Kundenservice geantwortet. Das Unternehmen wurde wohl verkauft. Seitdem nicht mehr seriös. Ich kann es so nicht mehr empfehlen, sich das Armband neu zu kaufen.

I have messaged Ava multiple times over the last 2 months about my bracelet breaking, and have not heard back.
