I loved using this bracelet a couple of years ago, BUT now I can’t even access my app to sync my bracelet and the website is down as well… now I just wasted $100 for nothing..

Service schlecht
Ich habe sehr schlechte Erfahrungen. Meine Uhr ist nach ca. 4 Monaten kaputt gegangen und bei dem Kundenservice meldet sich leider keiner mehr. Nie wieder!!!

Hat doch länger gedauert als angenommen. 10 Monate ☺️
Man hat alles im Blick. Leider hatte ich öfters das Problem das die Armbandhalterung Riss und das Messgerät in der Nacht raus gerutscht ist. App einfach zu verstehen. Preis finde ich für das Armband etwas teuer.

I got my Ava bracelet back in January of 2023. It didn’t work, so I began emailing customer service. It took customer service several weeks to reply to each email. I would respond almost immediately and wouldn’t hear back from them for an entire month despite sending them multiple follow up emails each time. After months of trying to explain my issue, waiting for a response, having to re-explain my issue because the email thread had a new customer service agent, I was given directions on things to try for my bracelet to get it to work. Ultimately after a year of emailing, I was finally told my bracelet was defective in February 2024 and they would send me a replacement. OVER A YEAR LATER!!! It is now July 2024, I have not received a response email since February and have also not received my replacement bracelet. I have continued to follow up and have been ignored. I am now out of the money I spent on this expensive bracelet that doesn’t even work and I’m just stuck with it.
Spend your money elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!

I would buy it again if I had too!
I have been using Ava since 2021 and it has helped me really understand and keep track of my cycle and has helped me get pregnant twice. It is very easy and when used correctly and consistently it begins to know your body very well. I would 100% recommend Ava for anyone who is just tracking their cycle or trying to get pregnant, I think it is worth it.

The worst customer service
I no longer needed the Ava bracelet. The box was unopened, with the tape seal still in place. I contacted customer service and followed their instructions to show photo evidence that the box was unopened. The customer service rep argued over multiple emails that the box had been opened, and I would not receive a refund. I believe this is a tactic they use in order not to be honest about their refund policy. I had to state that I would get lawyers involved if they continued to claim I had opened the box. Suddenly, a refund magically appeared. I would 100% avoid this company! I'm sure it's impossible to get your money back after a year if you don't get pregnant, as they claim they'll do.

Armband nicht erhalten
Leider sehr schlechter Kundenservice! Ich habe mein Armband am 17.6. bestellt und bezahlt und bisher keins erhalten, nicht mal eine Versandbestätigung. Auf meine mehrmalige Nachfrage beim Kundenservice wurde ebenfalls nicht geantwortet. Absolut unzufriedenstellend für den Preis.

Device returned but NO REFUND - AVOID!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS UNREPUTABLE COMPANY.
I no longer needed the AVA bracelet so returned unopened package via TNT but I have still not received a refund.
Nobody responds to my emails and online queries. Very unprofessional - company is basically withholding money owed to me.

Kundenservice reagiert nicht bei Problemen
Ich hatte schonmal ein Ava und es war super genau. Aber habe jetzt wieder eines bestellt und das Armband funktioniert nicht. Der Kundenservice hat mir ein paar Tipps gegeben, die nicht geholfen haben und seitdem reagieren sie einfach nicht mehr. Bei so einem teuren Gerät hätte ich wirklich mehr erwartet.

I love the Ava bracelet. I’ve successfully gotten pregnant twice using it! I have also never understood my cycle as well as I do now that I have tracked it and read all of the interesting articles Ava provides describing what is happening in my body. I feel empowered and successful, which is amazing. Thank you!

Es gibt gut gefälschte Ware und es gibt welche, wo es leider ersichtlich auf den ersten Blick und Griff ist. Zweites ist bei AVA Diora der Fall! Kann man auch für 10 Euro erwerben, wofür man hier 70 zahlt.

Very outdated piece of tech
Very outdated piece of tech. The bracelet broke twice. The first time they have me a new one, the second time they told me they didn't have anymore. Just to say: I only wore the bracelet at night. App kept logging me out. Takes a long time to synchronize. Didn't actually calculate my fertile days several times, I should know, I'm on my fourth pregnancy now but only had one successful one. In the end I never wore my bracelet anymore and only used the app to tell me which cycle day I was on.

Eisprungdatum eher ungenau
Der Eisprung konnte bei mir nur ungefähr vorher gesagt werden. Laut Frauenarzt war dieser 4 Tage früher wie auf dem App. Somit ist eine zusätzliche Beobachtung des Zykluses sicherlich hilfreich um zu schauen ob die App bei einem persönlich genau ist.

Unbrauchbar
Leider wurde mein Eisprung nie richtig bestimmt. Die Berechnung war meist 4-5 Tage zu früh, dies hab ich dann beim Ultraschall bei der Frauenärztin festgestellt. Schade, da wir uns darauf verlassen haben.
Auch der Schlaf wird leider nur sehr ungenau berechnet. Phasen, in denen man beispielsweise liest, werden als Schlaf berechnet.

Kam kaputt an - kein Austausch
Ich habe ein gebrauchtes, kaputtes Armband zugesendet bekommen. Ein Plastikteil des Sensors war abgebrochen und an den Plastikfolien klebten überall Haare und Fusseln. Ich habe mich am Tag der Ankunft bei der Firma gemeldet und um einen Austausch gebeten. Nach 10 Tagen kam die Antwort, dass sie mir keinen Austausch gewähren. Jetzt habe ich 259€ für ein kaputtes Armand ausgeben und werde auch kein funktionierendes bekommen. Klare Warnung vor einem Kauf.
