Absolut zufrieden…ich würde es mir immer wieder kaufen und es ist jedes Geld wert (hab selbst 330€ bezahlt).
Schon das zweite Mal hat es mir bei der Berechnung geholfen schwanger zu werden.

I love the easy convenience of wearing a device and getting my BBT every morning for tracking. I’ve had my device for 4 years and while it still works the band has broken twice. I have worn it on and off during that time so it should not have torn in my opinion. I also do not find the app accurate. It has never accurately predicted my ovulation or cycle. I have to input the temperature readings into separate apps for better results. It will say that it confirms ovulation when there is no discernible rise that I can see and doesn’t really seem to adjust when my cycle changes. I have been pregnant multiple times while using the device but had I listened to the advice of this app and not consulted others, I’m not sure if I would have been successful. It may be better for someone who has textbook predictable cycles but I can’t say for sure so I wouldn’t recommend it.

Grundsätzlich eine sehr gute App. Blutung heisst allerdings nicht immer ende der Schwangerschaft. Der Abort kann auch durch den FA ohne Blutung festgestellt werden (für die Änderung möchte die APP allerdings das Blutungsdatum). Die Uhr und die Synchronisierung funktioniert einwandfrei.

Mir wurde mein fruchtbarer Tag/Eisprung immer zu spät angezeigt, obwohl ich das Armband jeden Tag getragen habe. Ich bin leider nicht mit dieser Variante schwanger geworden.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, IT'S A RIP OFF: the customer service is silent and inactive, when it does reply after making me wait for 3 weeks, it is unwilling to refund or replace the product which was still under guarantee. I am shocked for a Swiss company!

I bought the bracelet in August 2022. After using it less than 6 times, so almost 2 weeks later, the bracelet started malfunctioning and did not charge properly. I contacted the customer service by email (they have no phone number) several times and waited for at least 3 weeks before receiving a proper reply. I asked to replace the product or refund me. They advised me to do some manipulations, which I did. The bracelet still did not work. I sent them all the photos, videos, and all proof that it was not working, and asked again for a refund. Again, their reply every 3 weeks is: do these xyz manipulations and it will work. Of course, everything they suggested me did not work. I paid USD 300 for this fertility bracelet which stopped working in less than 2 weeks!

Ich trage das Armband gerne und es hilft das fruchtbare Fenster zu erkennen. Das Plastikarmband hält jedoch nicht lange und muss dann neu gekauft werden zu einem völlig überteuerten Preis. Der Kundenservice ist nicht sehr zuvorkommend Nach der Garantie.

Zum Zyklus tracken und bisschen eine Ahnung davon zu bekommen, was wann passier super. Finde das ganze jedoch auch sehr teuer! Ich denke bei einem ‚normalen’ Zyklus braucht man das Armband nicht, eine gute App würde reichen.
Die App ist sehr einfach gehalten, könnte etwas mehr Funktionen/ Infos haben. Vor allem über die einzelnen Parameter was gewisse Werte bedeuten.
Das Armband naja, eher unbequem leider und nervig anzulegen. Entweder sitzt es zu locker oder es drückt stark!

Alles in allem zufrieden, hat seinen Zweck erfüllt zu wissen, wann der Eisprung ist und so den Kinderwunsch erleichtert.

Love how the Ava does all the work — no need to sit for 10 minutes in the morning with a thermometer in my mouth. I find it to be very accurate too! The reason only 4 stars is due to the frequent (daily) app glitches — I always have to click on something twice for it to work!

Seid 8 Zyklen ist das Ava Armband in Verwendung und nicht ein Zyklus ist vollständig synchronisiert worden, da das Armband dann irgendeinen Fehler hat und N/A angibt. Dadurch wurde der Eisprung nicht immer sicher festgestellt. Der Support reagiert zwar schnell, schiebt die Fehler aber auf den Anwender was bei einem so teuren Produkt echt schäbig ist. Die Zyklen, wo der Eisprung ermittelt wurde, haben auch eine Übereinstimmung mit den LH-Tests.

The app is great it definitely helps you plan for pregnancy or not! The bracelet tracking is spot on it helped me get pregnant with my 1st child. However… the customer service could not be worse. I reached out when trying to track and conceive for my 2nd and the device would not record! It would either say charged n green then die or it would seem like it worked and then fail uploads night after night. I went from zero problems to it not working suddenly. Customer service said oh it’s dead you need to buy a new one. Excuse me? Where n how are we selling products that just die and are end of life while it isn’t described anywhere in advertising or purchasing. No trouble shooting, no coupon towards a new one not even a standard apology statement. I don’t care how well something works; if you have horrible customer service then I’ll move onto many of the other working devices. Do better Ava.

Extrem schlechter Support.
Ich habe meine Uhr nie erhalten.
Ups hat an ein DHL Postzentrum geliefert. Ich war dann nach 14Tagen das 2.Mal dort um es abzuholen. Das Paket wurde dann zurück geschickt.
Nun bekomme ich gar keine Antwort mehr. Ich hatte sogar eine neue Lieferanschrift angegeben. UPS verweist mich an den Versender. Keiner fühlt sich verantwortlich.
Ich würde abraten dort zu bestellen.

Ich bin stink sauer, habe ein AVA Armband der 2. Generation geschenkt bekommen, nach nicht mal einer Woche tragen ist es gerissen… der Support ist sehr schlecht, bietet mir nur ein Kaufersatz Armband an, da ich keine Rechnung habe (habe es ja geschenkt bekommen). Das Armband ist sehr teuer und geht so schnell kaputt!

Des Weiteren habe ich immer parallel zum Armband noch meine BT gemessen. Die Unterschiede sind drastisch.

Wer Geld zum Fenster rausschmeissen will, und den schlechtesten Kundendienst haben will, sollte sich ein AVA Armband kaufen, wer klug ist und sein Geld besser investieren will kauft sich ein Thermometer und Ovulationstests!

In der AVA App wurde mein ES immer 3-4 Tage später angezeigt als mein Ovulationstest positiv war. Also ist das Armband nicht einmal genau.

Nie wieder AVA danke für nichts!

Keine Email bekommen bei passwort ändern anfordern.

Sehr schade ist, dass man keinen Zugriff auf seine Kurven mehr hat nachdem man den schwangerschaftsmodus auf schwanger werden umstellt aufgrund einer FG.

In general: I love this product. One star off is for two things: one - the bracelet is sooo tiny it basically was worn out within the first year and I had to replace it. And the other point - sometimes I have an issue with the app telling me “problem to read data” - I just have to synch it more often and it works. Just a bit annoying.

Over all - great product. I have only used the regular version of it (not with guarantee) since reading and doing research about this product - I believed (& believe) it works. Otherwise they would not offer money back guarantee.

Best purchase ever. If you don’t have PCOS etc. this is a perfect hormone free birth control solution. But you have to be using it regardless & never unprotected intercourse with strangers !

DO NOT BUY. UNSAFE product and bad customer service. I have used my Ava bracelet for less than two years, and recently it started getting very hot while wearing at night- so much so that it woke me up in the middle of the night and I had to rip it off because it was burning me. It was also blinking a flashing red light almost like a warning. There is no information about a blinking red light on their website I had no idea what it meant. The bracelet also got very hot when charging. I have used the same charger that came with the bracelet the entirety of my ownership. My spouse is a fireman and said that the device was absolutely a fire hazard.

When reaching out to the company about this they suggested that I discontinue the device, but then also contradicted themselves and requested me to send a photo of the flashing light. I would only be able to do so if I wore the device again and risked getting burned. I didn’t think to take a photo the first time around when the device was burning me in my sleep. I requested that the company either replace my device or send me a store credit so I could replace it myself. Three hundred dollars is not a cheap purchase and for the bracelet to stop working in less than two years of owning it is not okay. The company declined and stated that the best they could do was give me a store credit of 30 dollars. I am so beyond disappointed with this company and their lack of customer service. I trusted and relied on Ava to track my cycle. I will now be purchasing the aura ring and hope for better luck with that company. Please do not make the same mistake I did in trusting Ava with your health.

I got pregnant the first month I tried Ava!!! I am so impressed with how easy it was to use and how accurate it is in predicting my fertile window. Also, the peace of mind I got from not having to worry about ovulation testing every morning was a gift! Worth every penny!!!

It was good to find out all the details about my cycle. Sometimes there were technical problems, but not that bad.

Second time getting pregnant using the Ava Bracelet! It's a little spotty on recording sleep, but besides that it has worked great for us on predicting our fertile window. Also love all of the info once you are pregnant, too!

I have struggled with several nights of lost data due to the device not syncing properly. The bracelet is also not as durable as expected (one of the silicone clasps broke after one month of wear).
I have used a free phone fertility app concurrently with Ava and I have actually found the free app to be more accurate. Once transitioning to pregnancy mode in Ava, I was asked questions that the application should have already known due to it being logged in the system (first date of my last menstrual period). Overall disappointed with the service for the price tag.
