Ava really helped me track my cycle and helped me get pregnant three times.

Ich habe mir das Armband vor 3 Jahren gekauft. Ich bin dann recht schnell schwanger geworden (lag es am AVA-Armband?-kann ich nicht sagen). Danach lag das Armband 1 Jahr in meiner Schublade, bis wir beschlossen haben, ein zweites zu bekommen. Als ich es das erste mal wieder angelegt habe, ist das Armband in viele kleine Teile zerbröselt, ich konnte es also nicht mehr anziehen! Nach AvaKontakt nur der Hinweis meine 1-Jahres-Garantie wäre abgelaufen, ich muss mir das Armband-Kit selber kaufen. Finde ich eine absolute Frechheit bei dem Preis! Man bezahlt so viel Geld dafür u ava verbaut ein 1 Cent billig Armband. No Go für das Geld!
Ich musste es notgedrungen mit einem Gummiband u Panzertape „reparieren“. Ich sehe es nicht ein für das Armband nochmal Geld auszugeben.
Qualität des Armbands u Service sind bei mir durchgefallen.
Ich habe trotzdem 2 Sterne gegeben, denn generell finde ich die Idee mit dem Zyklustracking super und wenn man unregelmäßige Zyklen hat, kann man durch den Temperaturanstieg nachvollziehen ob man einen Eisprung hatte.

Mein Armband ist wiederholt gerissen. Ersatz momentan nicht möglich, ausser ich kenne Leute in der ganzen Welt, wo Ava das Armband hinsenden kann. Versand in die Schweiz nicht möglich... Toller Service...

Der Support für die Schweiz ist (evtl seit dem Verkauf in die USA?) eine absolute Katastrophe. WIEDERHOLT ist mir das Armband gerissen. Der Support? "Sorry, wir haben grad kein Stock in deinem Land. Überall sonst in Europa ist es an Lager, aber wir können es dir nicht senden". Mit anderen Worten: schau selber. Wir haben dir das Armband ja angedreht, was interessiert uns alles weitere.

After over a month of waiting for my bracelet and continued problems with their courier, Ava customer service kindly resolved my issues and now I look forward to trying the bracelet.

It's unfortunate it took so long to receive and I hope they resolve their courier issues so that others don't have the issues I encountered with delivery.

I received my Ava bracelet back in August of 2022. I am now expecting my first baby in July of 2023 (A month from now!) after trying for over 2.5 years with my husband. I have always had irregular cycles but this bracelet really helped me pinpoint my best fertile days around ovulation. Being irregular it’s not unusual for me to miss or have 5-8 weeks in between cycles. I found out I was around 6 weeks pregnant December 1st 2022. Sure this bracelet has it’s issues sometimes but overall I really don’t think I’d be pregnant without it. It was well worth the money after wanting a baby for so long. :)

Das Armband ist komfortabel zu tragen. Sehr ungünstig finde ich allerdings das schwache Akku. Jeden Tag muss man aufladen. Und sobald ich mal um die 8h oder mehr schlafe, ist das Akku leer und eine Synchronisation nicht mehr möglich. Das macht es unzuverlässig.

I am disappointed due to health issues the bracket wouldn’t work for me and they will not even do a partial refund. Had it less than a month. Such a bad experience from the company service reps - too weeks to respond after multiple follow ups.

Bei meiner avauhr ist das armband kaputt gegangen und sie können mit keinen ersatz zusenden. Finde ich eine sehr schlechte dienstleistung....

I used my Carrot benefit to purchase Ava. The reimbursement process through Carrot was quick and easy. I submitted a ticket through Carrot and they refunded me the amount within a few days.

This is my second pregnancy and my first with Ava. In my first pregnancy, it took us 3 months to conceive. For this pregnancy where I used Ava, we were able to get pregnant on our first try. I started tracking and wearing my bracelet in March with intentions of starting to try to conceive in May. This gave us ~2 months of data to go off of to get the most accurate ovulation readings.

The bracelet is easy to use and comfortable to wear at night. The app can be finicky– I almost always get a read error when syncing the data in the morning, despite that fact that it's synced successfully. It's a small annoyance that doesn't bother me much in the grand scheme of things.

Overall, I highly recommend the Ava bracelet for anyone that is trying to conceive.

Ich liebe AVA. Ich bin gleich im ersten Monat schwanger geworden und das Programm ist auf alle Eventualitäten vorbereitet. Ich werde sie auf jeden Fall weiter nutzen und bei Freunden und Bekannten empfehlen.

I have gotten pregnant quickly not once but twice while using my Ava bracelet. 4 cycles the 1st time and 5 the 2nd time

I would give 0 if I could. No customer service for broken bracelet.

My bracelet started randomly giving me errors about not reading data within the first month. Between the first and second month, the frequency increased. Now at the end of the second month it’s daily. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I got a response to my initial email 2 weeks ago, but no one is responding now about my consistent errors. I’m following all instructions. It’s just a flawed bracelet.

They are restructuring their customer support. Translation they will never respond to you. I purchased a bracelet with a 6 month money back guarantee and they will not answer me to get the money back. Terrible customer service.

So I think this is a great concept and is super helpful when it works. I don’t like that you cannot turn off Bluetooth. The band itself is flimsy and the little straps that hold the excess wrist strap break very easily. Sometimes the watch doesn’t pick up and track even though it’s fully charged, worn in the right position, worn tightly enough, etc. Unfortunately mine broke before the warranty was up and I was sent a new one. That was a positive on the customer service side. I was happy to have a replacement. However that one after a few cycles had issues as well. I was told to make sure the sensors were clean, they were. That they shouldn’t get any water on them- they never are near water. I need to wear it tightly enough and on the right spot. Nothing had changed on my end. Randomly one day it just started working again. Then again this one the the bands that hold the excess strap broke. Then finally the adjustable latch that puts the straps at the right size broke off. So now it is unusable completely and no longer under warranty. I wish this product was more durable, that you could turn off Bluetooth, and worked consistently. I’ll be looking into the oura ring as a replacement.

Finde es schade, dass es keine Ersatzteile gibt. Nach langem suchen nach einer Kontaktadresse, wird man aufgefordert, Fotos vom defekten Armband zu senden(was für mich absolut kein Sinn macht), damit man 3 Wochen später die Antwort bekommt „Ah sorry, in der Schweiz gibts keine Ersatzarmbänder.“ Finde ich sehr schwach. Das heisst, dass ich nun ein neues Produkt kaufen werden, da ich das Ava Produkt schlecht ohne Armband benutzen kann…
