Would have given 5 stars but…
Would have given 5 stars but out of 20 panels at least 4 were sub standard with baton struts loose and coping not attached properly. Also delivered soaking wet so extremely heavy ( I also had to help unload from lorry ).

One item that I required was not in stock
One item that I required was not in stock and was unlikely to be in the near future. The yard assistance could be better managed. I had to move my vehicle twice to have the collection loaded.

From online order to delivery
From online order to delivery, my order was handled professionally. I initially made a mistake with my order and this was corrected quickly by the Sales and distribution teams. The communication on the progress of my order was prompt.
The delivery was a week ahead of schedule and the delivery driver was friendly and professional.
I would recommend AVS Fencing and Landscaping Supplies (Wokingham) to anyone looking for a prompt and professional service.

Great product, and a great service.
Have to say I was hugely impressed with AVS after I had to order a load of fence panels following the recent storms.
I was expecting delivery to take up to 7 days which I thought was reasonable considering there must have been a huge demand for fencing products of late. But to my surprise I got a call first thing Wednesday morning to say they could deliver that day - I'd only ordered the fencing at the weekend.
And then I got a call at lunchtime from Nick the driver saying he would be with me in 5 minutes and true to his word, there he was with a beaming smile, unloading and stacking fifteen 6' foot panels by hand in less than five minutes.
And the panels are all really good quality. And damned heavy! - absolutely soaked with preservative.
OK, you can get cheaper from B&Q or Wickes but they're cheaper for a very good reason. Every single panel I've received from AVS is in perfect condition, and much better made than anything you could ever hope to hand-pick from a DIY store.
From my experience, I couldn't recommend AVS highly enough.

Great service as always from AVS Fencing. I ordered sleepers and they were all good quality, price and arrived earlier that expected. A special call outto Nick the delviery driver who unloaded the wood in the exact spot and was very professional. Thank you.
