I had a problem with the zipper on the 9 year old suitcase, and contacted away to se if they had a repair kit.....they simply sent me a new suitcase....after 9 years! What a great company, talk about standing behind their product. Thank you Away!

I've had a bag for several years that I love. I travel weekly for work and the handle started sticking and the compression divider inside had failed. I tried to self-service, but my order was from a prior system and couldn't be found. All it took was a quick email though and I got connected with a human who helped me. I had to provide pictures/video of the issues, but totally seamless process. Very happy with my experience and impressed how Away stands by their product!

I had given my daughter a piece as a gift and it had both wheel and interior/zipper issues. Away honored the warranty and replaced the piece - we were very grateful!

I had a large suitcase that I used and loved for so many years, but unfortunately it ended up with a huge crack. Even though it wasn’t covered under their new lifetime warranty, they still replaced it. That kind of customer service has definitely earned my loyalty! I’m already planning to purchase a new matching large suitcase and carry-on so we can have a second set. Great products and even better customer service!

A piece broke under the lining of my suitcase, so I reached out to Away to ask what the part was and whether they could send a replacement. They didn't just send the part – they replaced the whole suitcase. Quick, easy, no hassle. Customer service was outstanding. This is why I keep buying Away.

My experience was great, took care of my issues

warranty was so quick and effortless

wrong part of the broken zipper was sent. the part you sent (zipper handle (zipper pull) and some screws / plate to hold it in place) was wrong. my slider arch that holds the pull in place was bent open and the pull was lost. So I had to figure out how to "steal" one from another piece of luggage to get a pull so I could more easily use the luggage. used some channel locks to bend the slider back to shape so it holds the pull handle. When you look at picture I sent you when the malfunction happened, you see the problem. Someone in Cust. Service didn't assess properly. I was in a hurry (flying 250,000 miles in the last 23 months and don't have time to take the luggage to the store or wait for it to come back). So I'm working with a "franken-luggage" till I buy something new. What will happen is it will break and I'm likely to go back to Tumi. At the price I paid for that Away, the wheels are not good (see you're new release has "fixed" this) and this is the second one (Biggest Carry-On Flex) that has failed. So yeah, Tumi or Rimowa or find another - This isn't fashion, it's FUNCTION and when the main zipper pull breaks in < two years of owning the luggage, that's not good.

Fast and great communication to resolve the claim

The main zipper broke on my medium Away suitcase. I filed a claim and they made it right. No questions asked. This experience has made me a huge Away fan. Great customer service is a rarity these days.
