Away does not stand behind the quality of its products. Considering the price, this is concerning. The luggage is nice, the accessories are not durable.

Away customer service was very prompt about responding to my issue. They quickly resolved it by shipping a replacement item to me. Very seamless and I will make more purchases from them in the future based on the quality of their product and their outstanding handling of issues like I had.

GREAT Warranty
I purchased two pieces of luggage from AWAY in 2017. Unfortunately, one checked bag was badly damaged on a flight last year.
I contacted AWAY and followed through with the warranty process, and within a week a replacement bag was delivered.
I am very pleased with my luggage and will continue to buy AWAY luggage in the future.
