I had a problem with one of the locks on my Away suitcase. My wife and I own 3 of them and travel with them often. The Away team was very helpful in trying to get the original lock to work and when their suggestions to correct the problem didn’t work they sent me a replacement at no charge. The replacement kit arrived and was very easy to install with the provided video instructions. Thank you Away 😊

My wife’s carry on bag unfortunately had damage that could not be repaired. Away stood behind their product and promptly replaced it. We have several various size Away bags for our personal use. We have also given our daughters, their spouses, and our grandchildren gifts of Away luggage. We’ll soon be purchasing two additional bags for the new grandchildren.

Why are we so loyal? Because Away luggage is a great product with a company that stands behind its product and provides outstanding customer service!

I didn’t received the handle I requested for both of my bags

I've had my bigger carry-on bag since Jan 2018 - purchased at one of the original Away retail locations. It has gone with me on sooo many adventures since then and finally one of the wheels chipped. I contacted support without an order number or really many details and they were helpful in finding my order info and sending out wheel replacements for me to use right away. They were super easy to install and I'm so happy my trusty carry-on will live on.

This is the second time I’ve needed help from Away regarding a couple of small warranty issues. They responded very quickly, eager to help and made sure they took care of the issue. I’ve told many of my colleagues about this, levels this high of customer service don’t seem to exist anymore. It’s refreshing to do business with a company that truly cares about their customers.

As for the large carryons on? It’s the best bag I’ve had, including Tumi and others. I fly weekly and it’s holding up to the abuse I put it through. Plenty of room and it glides through airports with ease. Love it.

Away stands behind their products! After several years of very frequent use, the expansion zipper on my Away Bigger Carry-on Flex broke. The suitcase was still usable, but in expanded position only. When I got home, I filed an online claim that was simple and took only a couple minutes. LITERALLY less than 5 minutes later, I had a response and my brand new replacement was being shipped. I love my Away luggage enough that I would have purchased a replacement. My favorite thing about it is the ease with which it moves. The wheels move freely and my luggage never adds to the stress of getting through airports and from one place to another.

The experience was very easy and clear on what info is needed to submit the claim. I received a notification quickly that a new suitcase was on the way. However, I am still unclear if I need to return my old/broken away bag? Thank you!

The customer service at Away is exceptional. We had a problem with one of our suitcases and Away honored the guarantee and made it right. Will never buy another brand suitcase

Instructions to document issues with the lock were clear. Response from my submittal of pics and one sentence explanation was immediate. New lock mechanism arrived within days and installation was easy!
