Kinetix brake Discs - Warped after months, poor quality. Have to but new.

i have used this company AZ many years ago, about 7 to 8 years ago. spoke to AZ and TAZ who was very polite and very respectful.

I was on google search saw the parts i needed and the link directed me to ebay so when i saw the name on ebay search site AZ cart parts i got happy so i decide to call them asked about TAZ and AZ i was told they dont work here anyway spoke to the person who answered my call got price on my parts 1 week later i call them again this time someone else picks up the phone and he decides to give me higher price
2 different prices from to different people working under 1 roof .

customer service is bad no reply to emails , the funny part the car parts i wanted iv put them on watch list few days later i receive 5%off from AZ car parts as offer so i decide to go ahead and as soon as i accept the 5% offer someone from the other side decide to take the offer away and cancels my order what a great customer service totally unprofessional so i sent email asking why they did this no reply.

i wish TAZ or Az were working there when i called they were good and i hope this message reaches out to them.

I had ordered the wrong brake pads months ago. 4 months later we fitted them and they were wrong. The company were so brilliant with there customer service . Replied to emails straight away. Asked us to send them back and they would send the correct ones out. Amazing customer service, quick and reliable.

Purchased a cam chain set via eBay, the box clearly shows the German type approval logo, TUV sud. When it turned up I realised there was no TUV certificate or paperwork in the box, unlike any other product that carries this approval, even if that's just the registration index. I contacted the seller, Atoz Wakefield asking for this detail as a quick search using the online verification feature on the TUV website drew a blank. Needless to say I didn't hear back. Neither the name of the seller, (who also owns the name "crank technics", or the goods are recognised, therefore it isn't TUV tested or approved. If I wanted cheap reboxed Chinese crap in my workshop, I would have bought direct from Ali Express. I did get a full refund without any fuss using the ebay returns, and wasn't bothered about leaving feedback, not until I read the pi..sy comment left on the return advice. Seller reckons it was a remorse buy and I misused the ebay returns procedure. Well I tell you what, as we are talking about misuse, I will let your local trading standards know and provide evidence that you are flogging goods carrying the TUV approval mark, when it looks like they have presumably come non stop from Shenzen without a stopover in Germany at all. Chancers, steer clear.

Purchased a crank technics crank pulley for 320d from them, it was off balance, destroyed 4 crank seals as they had to constantly be replaced due to excessive vibration. £25 a seal and £25 a bolt each time! Eventually found it was the pulley, new one sent out to me, that’s off balance and keeps throwing the air con belt off. Turns out they own crank technics….rubbish parts, crap service. Stay away from them as the accept no responsibility for anything

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD ON EBAY NEVER AGAIN, MISLEADING ADVERT, I ASKED IF THE DISCS WERE THE SAME SPEC AS GENUINE BMW M3 F80 BEFORE I PLACED AN ORDER THEY SAID YES, THEY CLEARLY WERE NOT, I HAD TO GET EBAY TO ARRANGE COLLECTION AND REFUND WHO AGREED WITH ME, TRY'S TO BE CLEVER WITH MESSAGES.
Didn't work for them they had to pay for returning items and full refund.

Bought BMW rear springs, sagged by 1.5 inches in the first few weeks. Wrote to them to inform and was met with a dismissive and ignorant reply- Weve sold hundreds of them and never had this issue before!!
Beware of these people, no more than scammers selling poor quality far eastern junk. Have reported them to trading standards.

Beware guys this seller deleting negative feedbacks from eBay. It's no coincidence that here 3.9 on google. Plus he is discriminating and contemptuous with the Romanians. I am very disappointed with this company. They tricked me several times. They only need the money. I bought discs and pads on eBay but they cheated me many times. Also speak disrespectfully on the phone (name AZAR). They said I'm not telling the truth. I just want to warn everyone to be careful. eBay does not allow me to leave a negative feedback, they somehow played out. That's why I report here and everywhere I can. Bmw forums as well. He stolen my money as well. At list 50 pounds! First item I paid 218£ and replacement was 170£. They said not true they are same price! Thanks.

Ordered yd25ddti timing chain kit from them through eBay azcarpartsuk, they sent a cheap aftermarket kit,claim to be iso certified and original HD quality,but had no part # on parts or on boxing or wrapping,NOT ORIGINAL AT ALL,Chains had excessive play,they rattled when shook sideways,(quality chains don't do that,they are almost solid)and also had no color links on one of the chains.Yet the auction states parts original,auction pic shows part # on Tensioner's and guides,pic is a copy of there higher price BGA kits,When i searched the German Crank Technics Kit they supplied,they actually have the same kit $100.0 cheaper on their site,so they are also ripping people off by advertising there duplex kit as a high quality kit,but they are actually sending the cheaper German piece of crap kit and claiming its high quality at a higher price.They also removed my negative feedback. They are clearly dodgy and hiding the facts.AVOID AVOID AVOID oh and the postage was slooow.

Ordered a Febi part. Was sent a different brand. Seller refused to send me a post-paid returns label. I would not use this company ever again.

I ordered 6 spark plugs £29.99 got 4x returned them at my own cost, no refund, I have proof of postage, left warning negitive feedback( first time in 15 years of ebay trading. Now ebay have removed the negative feed back
So do not trust the lot of them.
