I believe that all of these banking services are really helpful for people, because it literally makes their life easier. In my opinion, those people, who can't admit the befits which come from using banking services, are just narrow-minded. I always use banking services, however I tend to change banks all the time. Recently I have picked this one in order to test products which it offers. Actually, i was amazed by the approach of this financial company and its customer support. It was extremely polite and I thought that I wasn't even polite as they were. Everything is cool.

why my bad credit is an obstacle for you to give me a loan? even if I dont have credit background I can pay my debts on time, if I didn't take any loan, am I a bad borrowers for you?

Really frustrated that Azlo is shutting down. They were a great service, but now I'm forced to switch to an inferior bank.

I opened an Azlo account about 3 months ago for my LLC. The main reason I opened it was to be able to do mobile check deposits. I put money into the account right away and began to use it. When I deposited my first check, via the APP, it took 5 days for it to become available in my account. According to Azlo, accounts over 30 days old should only have a hold time of 1 day. I researched how long a check hold should be, and according to what I found on a US government website, mobile deposits should be available the following day. In addition, they place holds on your debit card, even when the purchases do not go through. I currently have 3 holds, for 4 days now, for purchases that were rejected as fraud by them. Fraudulent, and never paid, but Azlo has the hold on the money anyway? When the merchant never received it? It’s very strange. For 4 days now I cannot access a sizable amount of money... and who knows when it will be available. I won’t be using this bank anymore. Customer service is non-existent as well. I contacted them 4 days ago about this issue and they have yet to contact me or resolve anything. It makes it extremely difficult to do business as a new company when I can never use the debit card (fraud every day!) or access the money for the business.

We started a new company in October 2020 and Azlo has been a true pleasure to work with to do all of our online banking. We appreciate it so much! Thank you!

I've been using AZLO exclusively for my business banking since early 2018 and absolutely love it. The lack of waiting in branches, depositing checks via mobile, instant transfers, and invoicing options are all features I use day in and day out and for a small business like ours, the FREE account option has really helped compared to traditional business checking accounts that require minimum balances, etc etc. Nothing but good things to say.

Good for working.. better than other websites

Azlo does most of what I need in a business checking account, but transfering money is way more difficult than it should be. International transfers aren't possible, which is an issue for me when paying manufacturers abroad.

They rejected my application after sending them all legal papers without mentioning any clear reasons. My advice to new customers, if you just formed your LLC or DBA and new in the business, no matter how legal your papers are or credit score, they will reject it. Don’t waste your time. Very disappointed.
