Thieves and gives the runaround and 0 help. Was charged by a company with an unauthorized transaction. Contacted azlo, and was told the merchant was correct in charging me, even though I never initiated any charge! This was 100% theft and I would never trust azlo. Horrible company and horrible experience.

Absolutely horrid to work with. The simplest actions such as depositing a check took over 30 days and they still couldn’t get it right.

I opened a business bank account with AZLO to start my small business with under somewhat awkward circumstances. I am a transgender woman and Covid significantly delayed my legal name change. So I was forced to open my bank account under my old name. The customer support team was always helpful with anything I needed for banking, but they really shined when I finally was granted my court ordered name change. Within 24 hours of notifying them and sharing a copy of the court order, they changed my account to my new legal name. And they did that with so much warmth and enthusiasm that it felt very special to me and touched my heart. This is a team of wonderful kind-hearted people who I know my money is safe with. I joined several months ago and I was happy I joined. Shortly after joining, there has been a permanent message about signing up for Azlo Pro when you log in to your account. I don't think should be a prominent fixture when one logs into their checking account. There is no way to remove it and it is unnecessary advertising. I'm sorry I signed up. There is no "no thanks" displayed, only the "x" to close.

We’ve been working with Azlo for a couple years now and we have nothing but praise! Aside from being extremely convenient, Azlo is a well oiled machine. Speedy customer service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff on deck with extremely user friendly interfaces on all aspects.

This is the easiest to set up online banking account I have encountered. The user screens are clean amd intuitive. The ability to invoice my clients easily is superb. The first debit card got lost in the email. Within three days of contacting customer support, I had my new card. Excellent! I highly recommend for busy entrepreneurs who want a no fuss, no frills experience.

I tried to open an account and the online system DISCRIMINATES againts my nationality (even I am a green card holder living in USA) and does not allow to open the account. A total waste of time and an overall terrible experience.

Azlo, one of a kind when it comes to customer service. They are quick to respond to help or inquiries. And when it comes to charge backs or bogus charges, they do Not stop until they have recovered all of the funds you are out. With regular updates throughout the whole process. So flippin' easy to get started and I've never had a single issue with them. I HIGHLY recommend to any entrepreneur or small business.

My experience with Azlo so far has been really good. They have very responsive live chat for customer support. And it was really easy to set up a business bank account as an entrepreneur versus more traditional banks. Azlo really does feel like a banking institution I can grow with as a business owner.

I have beem banking for 4 months and out of nowhere they cancelled my account. They didnt even give am explanation why. When i called they refused to give me more information. Banks can cancel you at anytime however they MUST HAVE A GOOD REASON. So i am now filing against this company. If anyone wants to file a class action with me. Email me at ritari12@gmail

The Azlo Customer Success Team is second to none! My business card was lost which left me with no access to funds. Not only were their responses speedy, they sent me a new card within 1 business day! Thanks Azlo!

Azlo is the type of service provider that smart business owners look for. The application process was straightforward. Once my information was confirmed, the account was open and functional within 24hrs. The communication with the support team was superb. Looking forward to a long productive relationship with my new banking partner!

Absolutely sucks for people on a visa, even if they're multimillionaires. Said my visa was expired, when it clearly wasn't. What a joke - I'll bank with someone who actually treats people as human beings instead.

I actually have a very good relationship with my bank but thought these new companies might have their shtick together but turns out Azlo is just reskinning BBVA USA's product. Don't want to deal with them anymore after learning this.

Azlo has made it possible for me to establish my infinitesimally small but meaningful businesses. They include a non-profit (and I mean NON profit) and a "gig economy" LLC. Without Azlo there is no way I could have set up and maintained these additional bank accounts. And hey, Did I mention that their customer service is people? They are super supportive, friendly, and skillful. For a small business start-up like mine, this means a LOT.

Live people on the phone, responsive customer service online, great app. Lost my wallet and they sent a replacement card out lightnig fast... Highly recommend Azlo.

As a new customer with Azlo, I had quite a few questions about getting started. It was very easy to get ahold of a customer service rep on the phone with very little hold time, and I had THE BEST agent who made a phenomenal first impression for Azlo. Agustín was a fantastic listener and addressed every single one of my issues with confident knowledge. I recently moved and changed my last name so I had several complex issues to talk through, but he was very friendly, patient, AND provided all of the answers I was looking for.

Five Stars for Azlo, but more specifically for Agustín.
