Good afternoon. We are sorry you feel you had a poor experience. Our beds are extremely easy to put together with a very easy to follow installation guide. All brackets are already fitted so the base simply clips together. However, we do also offer an installation service if you feel this is beneficial.
We use only the highest quality materials in all our products and as we are the manufacturer we are able to offer a considerably lower price than most on the market. We will reach out to you directly to make sure any issues are resolved.
Excellent service

This company has an old school caring attitude.
This company has an old school caring approach to customer satisfaction. I can't speak highly enough of them. I paid for the bed to be assemble for my 94 year old mother but I couldn't remove the old bed in time for the delivery, no problem, the driver dismantled the bed and put it in the spare room for us and what a lovely man he was he even hoovered where the old bed had been. The bed is excellent and the electric bed adjustment is smooth and quiet.

5 Star - Just brilliant
We bought a waterbed (again) from the sister company High & Dry in Portsmouth. The process, team (John & Luke) are brilliant. And our backs are already on the mend, we wished we never got rid of the last waterbed 8 years ago now.
Brilliant consistent customer service and fair pricing. Highly recommended.
