We are still waiting to return our order!
We are still waiting for call tags for our order that was sent without being printed on. We were not told that there is no printing on bags before we placed our order and now have the boxes sitting in our spa waiting to be returned. We have called atleast 8 times to get this resolved and no one has answers, just waiting for the distribution center to get back to them with a call tag. Very frustrating!!!

I had to buy a different product than I wanted because you are not able to hot-stamp our logo onto bags at this time. The selection we chose looks great, but I will need to print a separate sticker to be attached to the bag to personalize it.

No communication regarding shipping/tracking. No problems with product.
The product and timing were just fine. Tissue was shipped the day after it was ordered. Unfortunately, there was zero communication about the order being shipped. No tracking was sent, so we were scrambling for a replacement, thinking it wasn't going to make it in time for our project. I had to follow up with multiple emails to customer service just to find out that the order was en route. The process could have been made much easier by having tracking information accessible via website.

These boxes are such a classy addition…
These boxes are such a classy addition to any jewelry sales one might have!!!! I have a jewelry store in Santa Fe and carry very large/long earrings and they're perfect for the length that I need,as well as some smaller size necklaces!!! I love the boxes for the fact that they have an anti tarnish cotton included so one can keep their jewelry in the Box to prevent oxidation.. I'm so glad that I found them and such a great company to deal with!!! the shipping was extremely fast and the price was right!!
