Great durable silver gift bags for my charity event!

I have been purchasing bags from them for 2 years (it cost a lot to set up and I didn't want to have to change companies so I was trying to make it work.) They got something wrong in every single order - like shipping to our billing address, printing the wrong size logo etc. The bags I order were out of stock so last month I was told to wait for 2 weeks and they'd be back. Just found out today they have discontinued that bag. They literally get something wrong every interaction. I am SO EXCITED to finally move on. Don't waste your time or money with them.

I placed an order, received no notice. Called to ask as my order status said it was in progress. Was told they would check on it and let me know. No call. I called again and finally was told I would be informed within in 24-48 hours Received an email that my order was out of stock. Then asked for my order to be canceled. Still no confirmation on that yet. On a positive note. The people I talked to on the phone were friendly and tried to help.

I ordered a case of 100 white Gable boxes. I received 50 clear topped stationary cases. I fought with the company for over 2 weeks for a refund. I spoke with a total of 5 people until this was resolved and 1 woman, Debra, told me I'd be better looking elsewhere for the boxes.
I did receive my refund, a promise that the boxes were coming, and would I send the wrong items back when they send me a shipping label....
As of today, NO boxes have arrived and NO shipping label.
Run away from this company as fast as you can.

Finding someone to talk to is almost impossible and one has to wonder if you know what you are doing? We've ordered but whether we will again is doubtful. We're ordering product because we are a business and sadly do not have all day to wait on line or get bounced from department to department. Get your act together people.

Very efficient ordering process and love their products.

No communication. My order wasn't completed - only a portion delivered. And still to this date have no notice as to where the rest of my order is. I got an email on how the order was and replied WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER? Only then, I got a short email saying - STUFF IS OUT OF STOCK, DON'T KNOW WHEN ITS COMING BACK.
I'll find it somewhere else - BAD

Unfortunately, I never received the product nor any communication, aside from the order confirmation email, regarding such.

After purchasing the same bags for a long time, they have discontinued our favorite paper bags without warning. They also discontinued the silver jewelry boxes with nothing to substitute for them. Disappointed, as they were our go-to bag supplier for our store.

I set up expensive hot plates for my bags only to be told that Bags and Bows is changing their hot stamp supplier so after paying the massive hot stamp fees to get set up I cant even order bags with a logo. I have constantly been told to be patient and wait a week or two ALL SUMMER LONG. Hot stamps still aren't ready. This company isn't realable for bags for your business. It will cause you way more stress dealing with bags and bows. Stay clear if you don't want to stress when your bags will arrive.

Oh also, I got talked into making stickers in the meantime which I did. I was shocked when I got the stickers...they were very poor quality and looked nothing like the picture.

Bags have not been delivered and it’s over two weeks

I'm very disappointed that I was sent bags without my logo being printed, This was a reorder from the past and no one called or emailed me to let me know that the bags wouldn't be printed. When I called and asked I was told they weren't printing bags at this time. I should have been informed of this before shipping.
