In placed an order for bags and tissue three weeks ago. I received no tracking number but it says shipped under my account. I called to inquire as to where they are and I was told they will have to get back to me. Bad business practice. If I don’t hear back today, I’ll dispute the charge and use another company in the future. Im writing this review because despite not getting my bags or a response I am hounded with emails asking for my review. Well…here you have it.

I love Bags & Bows products and online shopping is fast and easy!

Well, I find it odd that you are sending me a request to review my order placed 4 weeks ago that we still have not received. We have called multiple times to follow up on its whereabouts, and customer service blames “warehouse moving”.

In none of these calls has anyone offered us a refund or alternative solution to get us the bags and tissue we desperately need.

I will definitely not order from Bags and Bows again. I submitted an order for gift boxes on 8/12/21. I have a cookie business and needed these boxes for cookies for a bridesmaid luncheon that the bride wanted to gift her bridesmaids. A few days later I received an email that this item is on back order and will only be shipped to on 9/10th. I would have appreciated it if they could have stated this fact on their website beforehand, as I definitely would not have placed an order. I had to order gift boxes from another company and received them within 5 days from ordering (and no, it was not Amazon). I have ordered from companies before and then get advised that the item is not available immediately, but at least they then give you the option to choose whether you would like to cancel the order and get a refund or not. I have not even received the gift boxes, yet the company has asked me via email several times now to give a review. Since my first ordering experience with Bags and Bows was negative, I definitely not order from them in the future

Ordered 21 days ago, was supposed to ship in 3-5 business days, I’ve emailed support over a week ago with no response. I keep getting emails asking for a review of the product. I have no idea what the quality of the product was, wish I could tell you.

I researched my order online and called customer support. I was told the product was in stock and shipped out. Not only did it not ship out, I called back several days later and asked for an update as I had not received an email update or status of the delivery. They once again told me the item was in stock and puzzled why it had not shipped. I was told it would ship and would receive an email on the shipping status. That never happened and once again I called back. This time I was told it was not in stock and on back ordered. I originally ordered the product because I needed them within a certain time frame,(even shipping regular ground). I lost 6 sales because of not receiving the product as promised. Because of this poor customer service, I would never recommend Bags and Bows Online. I was just offered to cancel my order? Sorry I did not have a positive experience with Bags and Bows Online.

Not only did it take 10 days to ship my order, but it was incomplete. I was not notified that part of the order was on back order. I received 5 emails notifying me that my order had finally shipped, all indicating that the entire order shipped. I had to call your customer service twice. Once to find out what happened to my order after not hearing anything about the status for 10 days. Then again after I unpacked the order and realized that items were missing. To top it all off there was no packing slip in any of the boxes.

WE COULD NOT FIND ITEMS ON WEB SITE CALLED AND GOT ITEM NUMBER AND STILL COULD NOT FIND

This company has been purchased by an unknown company and no longer provides us with great products and services. They said they moved but sources say it was a buy-out. They no longer have the bags we have used for 3 years and now they cannot print the correct foil colors. This company has gone down hill and it's time to move on...very sad! Next you'll be speaking with people overseas.

We've always used Bags & Bows for our company bags and service has always been great. But lately, we've been trying to order our bags with logos since January and they're been on back order, discontinued, printer capabilities are not available. Customer service told me to check back mid-summer to order our bags, they're still not available and can't even figure out if we can them printed on. The other bags we've used for years have been discontinued. We really don't want to search for new vendor, but seems like we may have to unfortunately. I know that ever busy has been hit hard lately due to COVID, but I hope that inventory becomes more available and printing capabilities are too.

I received only 3 of the 4 boxes I ordered and when they finally came they were gold and not chrome as stated on the website. WE have ordered these from you before and have had no issues. This is the first time they have been wrong. Still trying to get them replaced for the correct ones My order was placed on Aug. 6

These boxes are perfect for what I needed them for! All of the itrms purchased for my bridesmaids fit perfectly inside and the presentation of my gifts are now exactly as I imagined. #happybride

issues with getting good help over the phone. Never got bags. business use to be good and easy last time i ordered from this site in 2019 but now i am going to look for another distributor.

I made a mistake in my last order and needed to return the products. The staff was courteous and very helpful. They offered me a full refund and are sending me return labels via email. I could not have asked for a better experience.

rather high shipping expense for a packet of tissue

Places my order on 7/22/21 this is 8/13/21 still no bags. I was told I would receive a call back two days ago about my order. Still no phone call.
