Customer service is always very good. The downside is that many of the products I have purchased for my business for almost nine years, are no longer available. Simple things like ribbon! I use a ribbon on every bag, so I'm forced to purchase them elsewhere. Very inconvenient, and leaves me to explore shopping somewhere I can purchase all my needed items in one place.

I tried to place my order today because there was a 20% discount thru today May 31st) As I am placing my order it would not apply the promo code. I went back to the home page to try and "reset it" and when I went back to the cart the ad for the 20% was totally removed from the site! The sale said until June 1st. Today is May 31st. Disappointing.

I left stuff in the shopping cart. You emailed with a promise of 15% off. Never even got the option for the discount. Misleading....

Good products. I was trying to reach 500.00 for free shipping but most of the things I wanted were low on stock or out of stock. Never made it. It would be nice to order and have them qualify for the free shipping.

I called because I was dissapointed with the white mini-cub that came in on lavender, I spoke with Vera that said she would get me a replacement a week ago and never contacted me again nor sent the new bags.

Everything is good except not able to edit credit card that’s already entered.

It was an incredible experience. Unfortunately they have discontinued my boxes and bags now 2 times which is dissappointing and there selection is limitied due to shipping issues, causing a lot of replacements of these said bags to be out of stock also. These are things they unfortunately might not have control over so i can look beyond that. Nonetheless they have incredible customer service, always polite and very articulate with explaining situations their company is going through and always willing to help and give you their undivided attention. I hope things get figued out company wise with ordering/bag selection, so it can be a little bit more of a cosistent experience for my salon and salon aesthetic when ordering bags.

I have always been pleased with products ordered from Bags and Bows. Have been a customer for years. I was disappointed in the unavailability of the apple green gable boxes, 8 x 5 size, and had to go with that box in black. Hopefully they will come back with the apple green color.

I found my experience to be positive and efficient. I have long been a customer and we keep reordering because of the quality of your products, good value and great service.
