I received poor quality bags at first, then completely the WRONG bags, and I am still waiting on return labels to get these large boxes of product out of my front entry way. It's been 2+ weeks since I notified Deluxe of my need to return these boxes, and I've emailed them a reminder, and I still do not have my labels.

Also, when I called in to report that I'd received the incorrect product, I waited on hold for 90 mins for a rep. That rep actually was very helpful - the rest of the experience with Deluxe hasn't been great.

If I could give 0 I would. I made a purchase in early 2021 and paid it in full. I received my items and the event went rather well. Several months after the fact, I received a bill for an order that I never made. Emailing this company offered little resolution. I've spoken with a couple "supervisors" this after demanding to speaking to someone in charge and stating that I would be filing complaints. Calling customer services leaves you on hold for greater than 30 minutes. It appears that there was a fictitious charge but yet I'm stuck with a collections notice. This company is TERRIBLE!

I had to talk to a person at Bags & Bows in order to complete my order. That was not a problem, but I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for somebody to help me. When the call was answered the agent was fantastic, but I was really disappointed that it took 30 minutes to get to an agent.

I have loved this company for years! They have terrific service and quality products. When I lived in Alaska they shipped to me when others would not. Looking forward to working with them again from Colorado.

I ordered bags and 2 separate patterned tissue papers. I only recieved one of the tissue and no other email or message.
I have been ordering from here for 4 years. This is the second time it has happened with no explanation

I ordered bags and my credit card was charged. Then I had to call to see where the bags were. I was told they were out of stock. I asked to be credited and was told yes it takes a couple of days. That was weeks ago !!!!!
