Arrived 3 hours past ETA time, but in good condition
Cake arrived 3 hours past estimated delivery time, but upon opening cooler, it was still at an adequately chilled temperature and in good condition. Hummingbird cake was moist and delicious!

I ordered 2 cakes to 2 different addresses. The one at 5240 Woodbury Hills Ave in Parma Ohio was TERRIBLE! Looks like it was dropped and kicked . The photo is unrecognizable. I give 1 star just so I can write this review. I'm going to every social media platform there is with my complaint. There are several like mine, and they don't seem to care. My $89.00 cake was dumped upside down and looked like mud. They are not supported by BBB. Joe doesn't care.No pictures allowed obviously.

Very Bad for that money
I ordered a cake for a friend. First of all, they send it from PA, it's not from New York as a company name.. the only good thing was the delivery, it was fast, but the cake was smashed and I don't know what kind of cake people ate from these reviews, but it was anything but delicious.. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone very bad

I found plenty of options on their website and it was easy to order what I wanted. I received a confirmation and a shipping notice, and the cake was delivered exactly when it was supposed to be. The finished product was pretty close to the website image. I'm very satisfied with my experience.

I have tried for five days
I have tried for five days, email and phone, to get through to customer service about the horrible cake my daughter received on her birthday. It looked it had freezer burn and it was dropped. It was so dry it was in editable. For $64.00 dollars they could at least have responded. I will do everything I can to share this experience - photos included.

Best Birthday Ever
On 1 December, I ordered a German Chocolate cake for my sister's birthday. She called me to let me know how this cake has made her birthday the best ever! She was excited and I could hear her smiling over the phone. Bake Me A Wish, you have exceeded my hope that it would be there on her birthday. You said it would arrive within two days and it did. Can't get better than that in my opinion! I will definitely be using your services again. Dad used to make this cake for her years ago and she has wanted one for forever. Embarrassed to have sent these as gifts
Ordered pies and cakes for family - none of them travelled well. I am thoroughly embarrassed for having sent these as gifts. My key lime pie barely had any whipped cream and what minimal crust it had, needed to be scraped out of the pie tin. Nothing like their photo.
