Also, they charge a 20% "disposal fee" (for them to throw out their own bad product!!! AND you have to PAY return shipping. What a RIP OFF

I spend around 5k on herbs every month for my business. never have I ever dealt with a more garbage website than this. whatever checkout service nuts now uses is comeplete and total trash. this has been the worst use of the last hour of my time to check out. cant type more than a few letters a minute, cant type in my credit card information because all fields are greyed out. im about to give my money to the corporate monster that is amazon (which I AVOID IN FAVOR OF STORES RAN BY REAL PEOPLE/FAMILIES). Nuts.com is a waste of time while they use their current checkout/money processing company.

When calling you get another automated help line. They’ve taken the personal experience out of the sale and made every attempt to not communicate with you directly, instead they use automation. I regret making an order and do not recommend.
Poor delivery service
I have been a repeat customer of Nuts.com, and while the products themselves have always been excellent, the delivery experience has consistently been a problem. After placing my first order, I learned only afterward that the shipment would be handled by DashLink—a service I was unfamiliar with and one that does not deliver to the door. As expected, the package was left in the lobby. On another occasion, the driver handed my order to someone entering the building without confirming whether they lived there. For anyone in a multi‑unit building without security, this delivery method is not appropriate.
I have sent multiple emails requesting that DashLink not be used for my deliveries, yet the company continues to rely on this service. Although Nuts.com stated they would "make it right," nothing has changed. Additionally, while the company has customer service representatives, many responses rely heavily on AI rather than providing the human touch customers expect.
Because these issues remain unresolved, I will no longer be placing orders with Nuts.com. The products are great, but the delivery service is not.

I pre-ordered a Father's Day gift for my 85 year old father to be delivered "overnight" and arrive on Friday before Father's Day on Sunday. The order was delayed day after day after day and a week later still not delivered. I asked for a refund, but got the run-around from customer service on the phone and email. I understand delivery delays can happen, but it is up to Nuts.com to choose their delivery partners and to help resolve customer issues. I demanded a refund on the undelivered item but was told that I should wait a few more days for the "overnight" delivery to be completed. When I called they told me they would have the item shipped back to them and I could get a refund after the item had been received. Next call will be to my credit card company to complain and seek resolution that way. In the meantime, I want to share my terrible experience online so others can think twice about who they do business with.

Father's Day Gift Package
I recently placed an order for Father's Day. I purposely placed my order over a week in advance to ensure my gift package ($75.00 Nut Gift Box) arrived in time for Father's Day. The ordering process was easy-to-use. I immediately received my tracking number and information. I qualified for Free Shipping since my order was over a certain amount.
I soon realized that on day two after placing my order, it had still not been filled, packaged, or departed Nuts.com. On the third day the label was completed and the package was finally shipped via FedEx. By now it was due to be delivered the next day, which I knew was not possible. This would have been Wednesday before Father's day, which was the upcoming Sunday. The package did not arrive and a new delivery date of Saturday was given. The package sat in New Jersey and then Pennsylvania for three more days. No movement. Father's Day came and went. Finally on Monday after Father's Day it moved to Atlanta, Georgia. It sat in Atlanta for a day, floating to three different FedEx facilities. Finally on Tuesday after Father's Day Sunday, my gift arrived. This whole process was extremely stressful and disappointing. I will say though, the gift box was undamaged and the product was excellent quality.
My advice to Nuts.com is that you improve your time of getting the order filled and out the door. Further, find a more dependable delivery service/company. If you are ordering from Nuts.com, order your gifts two weeks in advance.
Note: Nuts.com did give me a full refund of my payment due to my dissatisfaction.

Product inconsistencies
Up until my recent order everything was pretty good.
My complaint is for product consistency. I ordered jelly beans a couple of times and they were good...no complaints.
Last batch didn't match previous orders and in my opinion are not edible for me.
Filled out their form stating my concerns and they did answer back and sent me emails that seem to have gone straight to cyberspace.
Complaint: poor customer service and wrong or different products.
I'm changing my orders to a different company and see how they do

5 star worthy. Quality, shipping, packaging and quick service. I only do free shipping and this has a minimum order for that. You will be thrilled to get this package from this company. It was so fast and the order was exact! I think this is my favorite new company.
