I've sent nuts.com gifts twice now and am very satisfied with their products and service. Yes their snacks are a bit pricey, but I'm always able to snag a discount or sale, and free shipping seals the deal. What you get in return is unique and delicious snacks and the ability to pick and choose, to create your own unique collection of snacks.
My most recent order shipped WITHIN THE HOUR after ordering online, AND I got free next day shipping. They are an outstanding company.

5 naturally colored flavor gummy bears. These are very tasty and not at all disappointed in them. Will buy them again.

I made a mistake when I placed my order and they said that I could get a 50% refund and keep the product and donated. That was very helpful.

I received a box of nuts for my birthday. First let me say I owned a candy and nut retail store years back. The product was stale. My daughter purchased it through Amazon. It is nearly impossible to get resolution with Amazon and when I contacted nuts.com they were completely useless. They refuse to handle a customer service issue. Buyer beware before you purchase from them. There quality control leaves much to be desired.

The nuts I ordered are superior in every way: super fresh, super tasty, and perfect. The website is user-friendly, and my order arrived much sooner than I expected. I will be recommending nuts.com to friends.

Im new to ordering nuts online. I didn't expect the salted nuts i ordered to taste so roasted. But live and learn. I still liked them but placed a second order raw unsalted. And I also originally ordered dark chocolate orange rind. Which really was not good at all. I take responsibility for not reading ingredients better but they were quite terrible. However customer service reached out to me and gave me a refund toward my next order. I was quite impressed with customer service. Something that is lacking in many online companies. They have my business!

I’ve been ordering from Nuts.com for quite a while now because they carry an extensive line of products, some of which are uncommon elsewhere, their service is outstanding - I sometimes receive my order in less than 48hrs, & they are always packed perfectly for whatever the weather is like.
But I do have a bone to pick - I love Circus peanuts candy & buy them frequently, but unfortunately, in my last two orders, the candy was stale & too hard to even bite into them without softening them somehow. 😢

I’ve been buying from nuts.com since receiving a gift from a friend from them. The customer service is to notch and the people who work there are delightful to talk to.
I have never had a product I didn’t like and everything is fresh and of top quality. I recently began purchasing from them as it has been a few years since I placed an order. Every order was sent out almost immediately (I actually placed an order today and it’s already on its way to me) and everything is well packaged.
I’ve only had one problem with an order but it was the fault of FedEx. FedEx didn’t release my order that was being held at customs for some reason and nuts.com were on top of it and resent a new order to me. I swear if you were to ask for the moon, they’d do their best to help lol.

Even with the wild exchange rate between CA$ and US$ I still purchase from nuts.com because they’re simply the best.

I ordered the deluxe mixed nuts. Most of the nuts I ate tasted rancid. I have reached out to Nuts.co but they haven’t replied.

Nuts.com is probably the most efficient company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with on planet Earth!
There are only a few products that I was unhappy with and they were happy to exchange or give me the value of. However I wanted to handle that. My favorites are the dried pineapple chunks and the dried diced coconut, but there are so many favorites I can't name them all.😁

I am a frequent customer of Nuts.com and have nothing but good things to say about this company. Love their selection of nuts and sweet candies. I accidentally entered a wrong shipping address on an order. I contacted the company and they immediately corrected the shipping address.

My original order was returned for reasons unknown, my order was reshipped, tracking was excellent and delivery time was very good. The packaging of the products in the box is excellent, and my chocolate candy and toffee peanuts were not melted or softened. Great Service

Chocolate was spoiled and made us sick. Nuts were soft. When we complained they without comment just refunded money. Terrible food!!!
