Misleading shipping promises..
I paid £6.99 for express delivery.
My order was supposed to be delivered by Tuesday 16/06 .
It's Friday 19/06 and no signs of my order yet.
It's Sunday 21/6 now and I didn't receive my item yet

I have used nuts.com for years, I was always happy, got my package when they said I would. I am in a situation where I purchase from them for my feathered Blue and Gold son. Trust is completely lost, that's what happens when you go to Door Dash delivery. Never again! Paid my shipping fee and was given a date, no package arrived as of yet.

New delivery date is 6 days later and now it has been delayed twice, pass when I needed the gift. Poor customer service, just offered $5 off coupon as if I would ever order from them again.

I’m upset because they use false advertising. The website offers a promo code for 20% off and free shipping for purchases over $59. My purchase was $60+ (customized medium box and Father’s Day card). I got the discount but not the free shipping. Called customer support and they said that the cost had to be over $59 AFTER the discount was applied. I said the info didn’t say anything about that and she said it was there. Yeah, it’s buried as the LAST item on the FAQ page for shipping. In fact, if you touch the icon for more info on the promo, it gives a lot more info BUT NOT THESE DETAILS. When you touch “See full details” at the end of the “more info” paragraph the website takes you to the general FAQ page. You then have to select info on shipping and then scroll to the VERY bottom of the page. IF they were being honest they would include that info up front.

IF my dad’s gift gets there when it’s supposed to AND the quality is good I’ll update my rating to four stars.

Do not believe false advertising about one day delivery. My order arrived with melted ice pack, leaked apricots and chocolate items stuck together. Kept who knows where during NY heat wave. Can't get a refund. Trying to resolve with my credit card

I ordered about 10 different snack varieties. Half were excellent, the other half were not so great. The gummies are tasty but you only get a few of the really good ones and a lot of the not no tasty ones. The figs are not the quality I expected but the pastacio s'mores were soft and delicious. The bourbon pecans are excellent while the healthy trail mix is tasteless.
Most of the problem is the fact that the coatings on the nuts make them too hard to chew without fear of breaking a tooth and another issue is flavor. Some of the varieties taste stale and others are bland.
I really wanted these snacks to be great for our hotel gift shop but unfortunately they didn't meet our expectations. They have great customer service but only offer store credit if you ask for a refund.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I will never order from them again. Their shipping & customer service is awful.

Zero stars! The shipping and delivery is a nightmare. I do not recommend this company.

We complained about our order being left out in the hot summer sun for more than an hour before we discovered it. Nuts.com promptly sent us a replacement order, no questions asked. We are gratified by how they handled it. They truly care about their customers. They are the best! They will have us as a customer for years to come.

Nuts.com is a great company to order from. In the rare event something goes wrong - like entering the wrong shipping address - their customer service is great.

I was very happy to find such a huge selection of products specifically in raw form for the wildlife in my yard. I reached out the customer service for a tracking and delivery question and was met with a knowledgeable helpful and kind agent, much appreciated and I will be ordering again when the time arises.

They have a wide range of products, some I clearly like more than others. When I didn't like one of their new products, they made it right for me.
Their delivery is good, not Amazon prime but good.
