Customer service. My request was a bit complicated because I wanted to use Cycle scheme to buy my bike. The person who received my emails was extremely helpful, going out of his way to make the process as simple as possible. He answered my queries quickly and explained what was happening at each step of the way.

Bough my first new bike - Trek Domane SL7
Bought my first bike from Balfe's Fulham, a Trek Domane SL7, very happy with the service and aftercare provided for the bike. Had some minor issues with the front brake/disk brake, as it was making a loud noise even after cleaning it and being checked by the bike guys at Balfe's in the first instance. On my second visit to them, they fully replaced the brake pads and disk , since then the bike has been riding like a dream.
A big thank you to Jesse and Nuno for the help, advice and support offered on my various trips to the bike shop in Fulham.
They all are very professional and courteous to your needs, whatever issue or questions you might have regarding your bike or be it cycling in general.
Happy overall with my new Trek Domane, since purchasing it at a discounted price I have ordered more cycling gear from them, they also have unbeatable prices and discounts at the moment(December-January 2026).
