If only you guys were in Turkey… Y’all were amazing, would definitely come back.

I’ve visited Balfe’s in both Notting Hill and Fulham multiple times, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. Despite making bookings and setting appointments in advance, there are always delays, and the staff often forget important details.

Considering that they are selling high-end, luxury bikes, I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. It’s frustrating when you’re investing in premium products but receive disorganized and careless customer service.

Balfe’s really needs to improve their communication and overall customer experience—especially if they want to maintain their reputation in the luxury bike market.

I liked the friendliness of all the staff and that they are all good in their own little field.
And noting to much trouble.

Really friendly and most importantly honest staff (annoyingly didn’t catch the name of the guy helping me 🙈). I needed some help fitting my new pedals and he was straight on it and even fitted my cleats for me. Lots of brilliant advice on kit and even how to not spend a fortune as a newbie to cycling!
Will definitely be back :)

I ordered a fully equipped bike, but handed me an unequipped one. I thought that the accessories will come later, but nothing came. It was somehow my fault, I did not speak up right then and there, but did I ask customer service if they can provide me the missing parts (mud guard, lights, bike stand, etc.), but to no avail. I never heard from them since. Also, I have been paying for the price of an equipped bike for ten months now. It was not a nice experience with them. I don’t think I will buy my next bike from them again.

Ian (E-man) was great! He brought my bike, showed me all the features, how to use it and also how to ride and be safe. I love the bike too. Balfes was definitely the right choice.

Service itself seems fine. Unfortunately the time taken to carry out service was a problem. I booked in my bike and dropped it in on the date booked. It took several weeks and chasing for the service to be quoted and completed. The work was only completed when I went in and spoke directly to the mechanic and he managed to complete the work very quickly. The mechanic was a very nice guy and very competent but the time taken from drop off was not good. I was not offered a discount or compensated for the delay.

Normally I am very happy with my bike service but this time they didn’t pump up my front tyre enough and the next morning I was on my way to work and it felt soft .
I popped back and they where more than helpful in pumping it up and they showed me how to use my electric bump for at home

Good experience of ordering bike . Very good discount offered on a high end bike I was interested in .

Would have liked some more time and attention when I picked up the bike , especially as I was not familiar with many features such as di2 and tubeless tires .

I brought my bike to the Fulham branch today because there was some noise coming from the disk brake. Both members of the staff could not have been more helpful, they interrupted what they were doing to have a look for me, made some adjustments and made sure I was safe to cycle on. I will be back soon for a proper service for sure. Thanks Balfe‘s!!!
