He went above and beyond to deliver invaluable customer service to us and would use his services again. A Highly Disappointing Experience with Balgores Romford Estate Agents

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service I received from Balgores Romford. Despite their grandiose claims of being able to sell my property within two weeks, my experience has been a frustrating and costly ordeal that I would not wish on anyone.

After enduring 40 viewings and reducing the property price three times, the agents failed to deliver on their promises. Instead of taking responsibility, I was shockingly advised to find another agent. To add insult to injury, they ultimately admitted that they could not sell the property and suggested it be removed from the market altogether—a direct contradiction of their earlier bragging and assurances.

To compound matters, I was charged £1,100 for searches and conveyancing fees, which were never even provided. This feels not only like a breach of trust but also outright exploitation, especially given the lack of results and the dismissive attitude I encountered.

The entire process was riddled with miscommunication and false promises. Balgores Romford has demonstrated a lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care throughout.

I strongly urge potential clients to avoid Balgores Romford at all costs. If you feel compelled to use them, ensure you conduct extensive due diligence beforehand to avoid being misled as I was.

This experience has left me deeply disappointed and out of pocket, with no results to show for my time, effort, or financial investment. Balgores Romford’s service has been nothing short of disgraceful.

What exceptional service from Chris West and his team at Balgores Upminster! They sold our house in TWO days and they followed up progress from start to finish making it a virtually painless process. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had remained in our fabulous property for 29 years, but we were now starting a new chapter of our lives. Balgores were absolutely magnificent, from Connor who helped us sell our property to the backroom staff. We would especially like to pick out Donna who every step of the way, was absolutely fantastic and guided us through the maze of selling up to exchange of contracts and completion date, she was a star. We would also like to thank Teddy for scanning all our key documents and he sent them onto us, which saved us a lot of time. All in all, we can only say that the whole Balgores team were exceptional, so a big thank you to everyone.

Excellent service from Balgores Hornchurch Branch. We have had excellent service from start to (nearly finish) we have exchanged and completion is due soon. Everyone we dealt with were professional, easy to get hold of, and great to deal with. Billy (Manager) Georgia, Connor and Donna were amazing. We would not have got this sale over the line without the extra service they give, the whole team deserve the praise, Donna (sales progressor) has been a fantastic go between for us, the solicitors and the buyer. Balgores Chelmsford.Very bad agency. Don't rent property from them. You never gonna reach them on the phone. They never keep promises. When you have issues with property they don't answer,but if don't pay rent on time sent millions of emails.
