Telephone contact with Banyo provided excellent friendly advice on the gas fire of interest which enabled me to order with confidence. The product was despatched and arrived on time and in good condition.

I purchased a DRU gas fire from Banyo. It was on 4-6 week lead time. Following the order they called me to inform me of this and gave me the option to cancel the order.
Yasser kept me informed of progress and the heater was delivered ahead of time.
Very happy with the purchases particulalrly with Yasser who was very helpful and friendly.

While I was looking for a chimney vent for a Dru Fire and I came across Banyo on the internet . On calling them I was greeted by Yasser in sales who was very helpful in every way and also was very patience is attending to my request Yasser was professional polite and amusing while we talked on the phone to establish what I needed and he sourced the vent that was perfect for my needs
I ordered 2 vents which were dispatched promptly to my location . On fitting the first vent and due to a survey on the internal chimney breast it was decided that I only required 1 vents , so an calling Yasser he advice to return the second unused vent and I would obtain a refund which was credited to my bank account within 7 days This type of service is hard to find in this world that we live in and I want to say a big thank you to Yasser Banyo is a company that I will use again and recommend to anyone looking for their products. Yasser is a triple AAA 5 STAR GUY

From initial enquiry to receiving my order I couldn’t fault Banyo.
My enquiry was dealt with by Yasser and he was excellent! I was kept fully updated at every step. I honestly wish i had discovered this company sooner and ordered more of my bathroom items through banyo!

The purchase experience with Banyo and Yasser has been great. Within 10 mins of the order being placed, Yasser called to confirm what we needed, found a better solution and refunded the difference. The item was then dispatched the next day.

If I could give 6 stars I would. These are good people. So refreshing to get sensible help rather than having to chase things. SO GOOD.
