I have bought over 50 Barabas shirts!
I absolutely love Barabas shirts. I am female, 5’10”, 150 pounds and wear XL. Sometimes I will buy a L to have a tighter fit.Even the rhinestone shirts, which are what I usually buy, are comfortable and machine washable, although for extra crispness I sometimes dry clean them. I’ve washed my shirts numerous times. I have never had a problem, however, I do put them in the delicate bags for the washing machine do that other clothes won’t hurt the rhinestones. A great marketing idea Barabas came up with. Is to make a rhinestone shirt and then offer it without rhinestones. I wear the ones without rhinestones during the day.
Every time I wear one, I get lots of compliments. Many strangers, as well as friends, ask me where they can purchase them. Every shirt I own is virtually a work of art. The colors are magnificent & so are the designs.
I wear both the long sleeves & short sleeves. I prefer the men’s shirts as the short sleeves and shirt length are longer than the women’s.
I wear Barabas shirts every time I go out at night, so I’ve decided to clean out my closet of most of my others!!!
The only negative is that I can’t always buy the shirts right away. I had 5 shirts in my cart & by the time I could afford them, they had sold out. Barabas has an amazing variety & come out with new designs frequently.
I know this sounds like I was paid for this review, but I wasn’t. Not a bad idea though, Barabas, since I’ve bought over 50 shirts!!! I have been buying them for many years.They are the only designer shirts I collect ;)

Customer Service stepped it up after a bit of whining on my part.

I appreciate their efforts and helping me make this purchase "RIGHT".
Customers should note that their "sizing" runs small and is not in line with normal US size expectations. But there are sizing tools on their site that should be carefully evaluated, prior to ordering.

⚠️ Extremely poor customer service – no response after multiple emails
I placed an order (#1365160) worth €875 and requested a return within the legal period. The items are unused and still have original tags.
Despite sending multiple emails and opening ticket #5577564, I have received NO proper response for weeks.
This is unacceptable and not compliant with EU consumer law.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with a chargeback via my bank and formal complaints to consumer authorities.
I strongly advise others to be careful before ordering from this company.

Bad service, okay shirts
The shirts are okay, but they're very delicate and easily fall apart. Beyond that, the customer service is very strict - I was a day out of the return window and they were unable to make any exception. I would avoid the brand.

They cheated me out of hundreds of…
They cheated me out of hundreds of dollars. After ordering many wonderful shirts, I tried to get some pants. They didn't come close to the size their size guide showed.
I contacted them for a refund, sent them back based on the requirements with the return slip, items in original packages and no reply. I have contacted them repeatedly and they refuse to reply.
This company pretends to stand by their products but they do not.
They respond that they received the items but no refund has been issued after all this time. The charge back does not prevent them from refunding the amount of purchase but just makes it so that I don't have to pay or pay interest on the charges. They still have not reversed the charges despite the card company lifting the charge back.
This company has every opportunity to make this right but has yet to try to do so or even to contact me.

The return authorization was sent to you on Monday, November 24. If the item was shipped that day, delivery would typically take 3–4 business days. However, our office was closed on November 27 and 28 due to the Thanksgiving holiday, as well as on November 29 and 30 for the weekend. There were no postal deliveries during this time.
When our office reopened on Monday, December 1, the return package had not yet been received, and a chargeback was initiated by you that same day. We received your returned item on December 4. Upon inspection, we attempted to process the refund; however, due to the active chargeback, we were unable to do so.
Additionally, please note that your order was placed using a promotional discount. Refunds are issued only for the actual amount paid, not the full retail price of the item.
We hope this explanation clarifies your inquiry. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Beware - Cheap Products - Missing Items - Worse Customer Service
Beware. This is a fraud company. Cheap quality products. All 'Made in China.' Ordered 4 pants, paid for 4, they said that they shipped 4, but received only 3. Emailed their customer service, they did not care to reply. Called their customer service number: 213-746-4643 (the caller ID shows as STJ Enterprise, not Barabas). Nobody answered the call. Left a voice message. Nobody replied. Tried chatting with them from their website. It shows: "We are online." When I messaged, the automatic response was: "One of our team members will be with you shortly." Nobody replied. This company, Barabas, is not a trustworthy company. Don't buy from them. This is another cheap company from China that appears to be operating from the US.
