I have been using bare minerals for years and years - now cant get the product and there is no phone number or email to contact. Are you even still trading?

I ordered a pot of the loose face powder, and when it arrived it was looser than I would've liked; I opened it and the pot came apart and the whole lot fell out! Not anyone's fault, just one of those things! I emailed customer service asking if I could get a replacement, and they came straight back to me apologising for the issue and letting me know a replacement had been organised. Couldn't be happier with the service and the speed at which they responded. Very happy customer!

Bare Minerals products are great! I really like that they’re natural and they feel really nice on my skin. Just as importantly, their customer service is also great. I experienced this recently when I had a problem with a product’s packaging.

Stephanie from Bare Minerals customer service went out of her way to solve my problem and issue me a refund and it was such a good experience that I ended up buying two extra products from them.

So many companies with good products fall short when it comes to customer service, so it was a refreshing experience to find a company like Bare Minerals where it feels that they really care about your experience shopping with them. I would definitely recommend!

My item was unavailable, kept me informed and gave a discount for next order. Bare minerals is the only tinted moisturiser I can use.I suffer with rosacea &this is the only product that does not aggravate the condition. Also the tinted moisturisers covers the redness and spots really well. Most grateful to this company. Thank you.
