Waiting over 2 years for bare minerals to restock their medium beige matte colour foundation powder. Such a shame that a huge company like this can't take care to buy enough stock in advance.Alsontheir price hike from £23 - £33 in less than 2 years is a disgrace.

I’ve always loved this brand. But time to move onto Laura Mercier after hearing such good things. My final straw was ordering in their Black Friday sale, only to be emailed a week later to say they are out of stock. Really disappointed so taking my custom elsewhere!

Had my make up done by Kavita at Boots store in breahead. Amazing experience, loved my make up, pointed me in the right direction of what products were best for my skin. Make up is amazing bought loads of products. Very happy.

I have used bare minerals for years. But always used the powder foundation. I decided to try the liquid form. I am very light skinned and unfortunately the makeup i chose didn't give me much coverage, possibly chose the wrong one for my skin tone. However I emailed the company, they sent me a link to arrange pick up of item. All done within 48 hours and just waiting on full refund. Its so refreshing to know this when ordering online. Fantastic service, happy customer. 😊

Colby in the St Albans boutique is incredible. My make up session was great, she really did transform my tired face and made me feel amazing! I was gutted that i had to remove it! Bareminerals has been my fav make up for many years but its made that bit better when you get the right advice and colour match! With Colby you can reference any product and she knows her stuff. I went in once trying to explain a discontinued blush not only did she know what i was harping on about but was able to recommend the nearest match!

EXCELLENCE I did not receive the correct shade of foundation and even though I had tried it on to see how it looked on my skin, Bare Minerals Customer Service Team accepted the product back and gave me a refund without any quibbling at all. Now that is excellent service and you can shop with them and have peace of mind.

I placed my first order with Bare Minerals and it was received fairly quickly, but they short-shipped me. I paid for 4 items and received only 3. I emailed them, they responded to ask me questions about my identity for some reason (it's all in my order), and when I responded with the answers my email was rejected. I tried responding again and was rejected a 2nd time. I started an online chat with someone who didn't know what short-shipped means. Eventually this person told me they'd ship out the missing item - I hope it'll show up. Not a good first experience, at all. Not sure about this company.

I have used Bare Minerals for some time but cannot buy it locally so have to but online. A recent purchase of Barepro 16hr Powder Foundation arrived broken into bits inside the compact. Unusual, so I contacted Bare Minerals and they replaced it with no problem at all. So thank you for your excellent customer service and lovely products.

I have used Bare Minerals since 2009 or so as I have rosacea and find their make-up an absolute god-send - their foundation changes me from looking like a tomato head to an actual human. As it's minerals I am also happy that I am putting 'good stuff' on my already extremely sensitive (or overly-dramatic as I tend to think of it) skin. Given that I've used it so long, I know exactly what shade I am - number 03, fairly light, I know it off by heart. Last year, Bare Minerals had a sale on, or certainly there was some sort of offer (it's that long ago I can't recall exactly what it was) anyway there was some reason that prompted me to stock up as it's my go to product and I know I need it. So I bought some pots and various other bits and thought nothing more about it until this week, when I realised my current pot is running low. I checked my supplies to make sure it was foundation I had bought last year and was pleased to find it was, until I noted the number and shade - number 12 medium beige. Panic! I'm not the best with make-up but given the number difference and name, i knew it wasn't going to be appropriate for my skin tone. Initially I assumed the wrong product had been sent to me but on finding my order email, I realised I had been the one to make the mistake. I've no idea how I managed this and clearly hadn't checked at the time. At first I thought I'd just beat myself up and put this down as an expensive mistake, however I hate waste so contacted Bare Minerals to see if there was anything that could be done - could I buy something else that would change the tone to make it usable for me, or as a very long shot given the time and fact that it was my mistake, could I swap the pots for my actual shade? Lovely Stephanie from the customer service team was quick to respond and said that on this occasion, if the pots were unopened (which they are) I could return them! They had absolutely no need to do this, the whole thing was totally my fault and it was a long time since the order was made. I cannot thank them highly enough for this and it really did restore my faith in simple kindness. This may be a big global brand but they clearly haven't forgotten their customers. Thankyou Bare Minerals you absolute superstars!

A customer service assistant named Alex very speedily advised me on the product choice I was seeking. Unfortunately the powder foundation that I was buying had been discontinued. It is always disconcerting when this happens but Alex immediately was able to provide me with the new details and the correct shade to order. I am delighted to be able to order such a great brand again.

I got delivered the wrong item due to a bug on the website. As a response not only did I get the correct item delivered but also they addressed the bug and were kind to help me out immediately.It happens so rarely with online orders and I truly appreciate Bare Minerals kind gesture.
