Needed help getting machinery from the EU and was very pleased withe the whole service

Joshua and Lee were very helpful in my first export from Wales to NI since Brexit. They made the process easy, questions answered very promptly, good communication and the item arrived in time. I tried them out following 2 bad experiences in a row with my existing freight forwarder, and will now be using Barrington Freight going forward.

Having a requirement to move some documentation from China to the UK, I contacted Barrington Freight for some assistance having never had to ship from the region before.

The response to my initial email was almost instant, and all subsequent interactions just as fast. They were knowledgeable and took time to explain the process.

I was kept informed throughout the process of what would be required and when, and the shipment was safely delivered to the office within a day of it being released from customs.

HAVING USED MANY SHIPPERS TO IMPORT OUR GOODS FROM THE USA (NONE OUTSTANDING) I DECIDED THIS TIME TO HAVE A SEARCH AROUND TO SEE IF I COULD FIND A BETTER OPTION.
