Had a Gas Safety check done for my daughter's home recently. The engineer who came out phoned me beforehand to give me his ETA - when I explained I was tight for time he kept me updated. He wasted no time checking the gas boiler, was respectful and cheerful and very clean. No hesitation for recommending Basi Heating

I went to basi after a number of referrals from different people couple of family friends and ex work colleagues.

Kultar came over to give a quote and was really informative and helpful with all of his advise.

I spoke to Gareth on the phone later after I recieved a more than acceptable and reasonable quote for a new boiler + fitting. A valiant 935 combi with vsmart controls.

The gas fitters "the a team" two Alexs and two electricians Andy and one other guy, arrived bang on time in the morning, and promptly started work.

They have done an excellent job from start to finish, keeping us informed and abreast of everything as they carried the work out.

There was a problem with one rad that was leaking and they sorted this out.

There was a bit of a misunderstanding between quote and original survey from Chris, which meant I thought a type of power flush was what I was getting not a simple chemical flush. However to basi and kul sorted everything out with no issues, the alexs and guys were polite about the everything and went on to got it cleared up. They did a full system power flush which took longer but did it anyway.

The proceeded to complete the installation, and ensured all rads were bled out so no air in the system. They spent quite a bit of time explaining how the boiler worked, and the helped setup the vsmart controls which was the first time they'd done a vsmart. Worked it all out and got everything working. Finally went through all the paperwork and guarantees .. 10yr valiant and 2 year on any of basi workmanship. Any issues told to call and they'll get it sorted.

They left the house and everything clean and tidy.

All of the team, the office and owner kultar were top and honest decent guys. They have done a super job and I'd reccomend them highly to all friends and family.

Will most definitely use again when it comes to upgrades and new rads which will probably be in next year or so.

Feels like a family business - approachable and friendly staff - but with a competent professional leadership that inspires confidence. Installation of my Vaillant boiler some years ago at an affordable and competitive price has been followed up with regular servicing; I enjoy reliable economical central heating thanks to Basi gas!

A superb company,from the office staff of Steve and Gareth,who dealt with my enquiries ,through to Kes and tall Nathan,who did the installation of the Vaillant boiler , it was a very pleasant experience.It is rare to deal with a company with their level of 5 star customer service.Will use again for any future projects and recommend to friends and family.

Louis and Zack fitted our new boiler yesterday from BASI. They were very professional and considerate, and made the whole process easy.

Top notch service.

From the initial call for a quote all the way to boiler installation; all I can say is that it has been an absolute treat to have punctual, polite and hard working people to install my new boiler.
Reliable workmen in this day and age is hard to find and I’m glad I went with basi because of the service, time management and quality of product.

The two chaps that came to install my new boiler are an assets to the organisation (bob and Stuart). Truly knew what they were doing and got on with the job straight away.

The new boiler was installed in an awkward small cupboard and they managed to do it without fuss.

Carpets were protected, mess cleaned and a thorough inspection done the boiler, radiators and gas fire.

Brilliant; would definitely recommend.

Great! I was impressed with the speed of response - Chris the friendly and knowledgeable surveyor was round on the Saturday and we had the boiler fitted on the Wednesday! The fitters did a good job and we've been really happy with the shiny new boiler and replacement radiator we asked for. Only bad point was some tidying was not done - hand prints, oil stains, etc. Happy with the price too!

I recently had a full new central heating heating system fitted and had an excellent experience.

The engineers (Lewis and Zack) did an exceptional job of the house. Our house has laminate flooring, an unusual layout and is fully lived in with lodgers and a rental room, so I was aware it might be a tricky job and was nervous about how the house might look afterward... I had no need to be. Lewis and Zack clearly took a great deal of care in the job they did and made sure the house was kept as tidy and good looking as possible throughout - even working on specific rooms at my request before others to minimise disruption for guests. Several obstacles cropped up during the work, but each time they were dealt with professionally and in a way that minimised any negative impact on the house (even if it meant them doing more work!) - and Lewis kept me informed and offered options of solutions where possible. I had expected at the end of the work to maybe have to fill in a couple of cracks or cover a few bits over after they had finished the work (a couple of other quotes I got explained I might need to do a bit of plastering here and there, after the job), but they tidied everything up impeccably, and the whole job looks fantastic. Really cannot praise them enough.

Chris the surveyor did an excellent job with answering several of my questions beforehand, making himself available by phone and kindly returning to the house for a second visit to go through things again for the benefit of my partner.

The office support given by Gareth and others was equally excellent, helping sort out ongoing queries throughout.

All in all I am incredibly impressed with both the work that has been done and the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff throughout. A huge thanks goes to Lewis and Zack for the fantastic job they have done, as well as the BASI team for the help throughout. It made what could have been a stressful experience very easy and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Absolutely Outstanding Service!
I chose BASI to remove my old cylinder and water tank and replace with a combi boiler and although they were not the cheapest of the three quotes i got, i got a great feeling that they would do a really good job right from the start. This was a big and expensive job and i knew i needed to find someone who i could trust to get it right.
The engineers Lewis and Zack called to say they were on the way and when they arrived they got through the job so quickly and left the house absolutely spotless, along with doing a few extra jobs for me whilst they were there and all with a smile on their faces!
If you are looking for an honest, reliable, and high quality service, look no further.

BASI boiler fitting and servicing.
It’s been a couple of years since BASI installed a new boiler however their professionalism is second to none. After quotes fro British Gas at a whopping £3,700, BASI came in at under half that amount. They continue to service my boiler yearly and I can’t recommend them enough. No dodgy person turning up at your door as BASI email you a pic of the technician assisgned. Plus you get a courtesy call 30-60 mins before, so you can still be out and about instead of being stuck in all morning or afternoon

Two very polite guys who were chatty helpful tidy and considerate throughout the job a credit to Basi heating. Would recommend to anyone.
