We recently had central heating fitted by BASI, we used them as we had previous experience of their high standards at our previous house. The engineers that did the work (Lewis and Zack) worked really hard and within three days we had a full central heating system installed, what impressed us most was their desire to deliver on what had been agreed at the time of our quote and where problems were encountered they worked hard to overcome them. Highlighly impressed by the lads and would ask for them again if dealing with Basi (which we will), the work will be completed tomorrow when they fit a matching fitted unit to hold the boiler. The five stars are easy to give, this is a company that delivers so there is no reason for us to worry that they won't complete to our satisafaction. Had a new boiler and radiator valves fitted by Andy and Ethan, did an excellent job ,polite and professional in there approach to the job.Boiler working well . Service overall was very good. The work area was spotless when they left.Thanks

Couldn't be happier. I had my boiler done with Basi over a year ago and my bathroom done a couple of months ago, I'm totally in love with it, it was a challenging job and they did it with ease and professionalism. The customer services is outstanding from Harminder and Andrew and I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the bathroom fitters they were polite, professional and very clean and tidy. I would recommend them 100%

Prompt and courteous visit to service the boiler.

Always quick and reliable - I have used BASI for many years. Excellent service from Andy M who installed a heated bathroom towel rail for me today. He was hardworking, willing and keen to do the job to the best standard, plus very pleasant and considerate to have in the house. I am a very satisfied customer.

I recently arranged for a gas upgrade and a Smart Care Cover policy with BASI, for my mother. I am so impressed by their efficiency, attention to detail and customer service, by their admin staff and engineers. Nothing but praise, and I would certainly recommend this company. BASI heating are very impressive in all aspects of their business. The company owner visited and gave an excellent quote, with a clear understanding of the requirements. The boiler replacement team of Ken and Ethan arrived on time, as anticipated, and their first task was to cover all the carpet areas for complete protection of the house.
The job itself took place with no fuss and constant good humour. The prediction of 2 days work was met and the house was left spotless.
Full instructions on system control were given by Andy the electrician.
It's rare these days to receive such comprehensive customer service. BASI stand out as an exceptional company. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Would highley recomend Basi heating the lads that fitted my boiler were brilliant , they interduced them selfs explained what they were going to.do the 2 lads worked real well togeather and did a neat and tidy job set the thermostat for me and showed me how to use thermostat and how to top.up boiler I also use basi for service and repair the engineers are always polite freindly and do professional job thankyou jaspal and your team at basi

I have nothing but recieved pure professionalism by basi heating at all times, whether that's repairing, servicing or installation of a new product. Basi are always there for their customers for all occasions even if its just a simple call for advice. All staff members from the office, telephony operators and engineers are very polite and very helpful and put their customers first.

Had boiler and system fitted today our fitters were Lewis and Zack. phoned before to say they were on the way. Very polite and happy to answer the many questions I had along the way. Tidied up as they went along and explained how it all worked once done checking in a few hrs after they left to make sure all was ok. Highly recommended !

I have used Basi previously for a boiler installation and so had no hesitation in contacting them when we needed a quotation for a boiler in our new house. The whole process was quick and easy - their quote was more comprehensive and priced less than the others we received.

On installation day (which was within the same week as my call requesting a quote) I had communications to say when the engineers would arrive, and they were on time. The two engineers, Lewis and Zack were friendly and polite, and worked hard to minimise disruption to water and gas supplies. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and explained the work done.

I am extremely happy with the service received, we have a fantastic boiler with a 10 year parts and labour warranty and the whole process was quick and painless (apart from paying the bill!). I would highly recommend their services

BASI installed new Vaillant boiler. Very competitive quote, and quick and efficient service.
The 2 engineers (Alex and Alex) were very pleasant, organised, and worked in an efficient and tidy way. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
We would recommend BASI to anyone, and will be contacting them soon to arrange for installation of new bathroom.
