Within a week we had an estimate and an acceptable price for a boiler conversion to a combi boiler.
This was carried out by Bob and Jay three days after our initial phone call.
Bob and Jay are like Morecambe and Wise. First class workmen.

I had two radiators installed recently. The system was also serviced. The job was finished to a high standard and I would definitely use them again. I will not hesitate in recommending Basi to friends and colleagues as I know they will be in safe & professional hands!

A good website quoting mechanism led to a call next day, a survey two days later, and on Thursday the next week, our boiler was fitted.
The boiler was carefully integrated into our fitted kitchen and is working perfectly. Good work, and a thorough clean up afterwards, with the job done in less than one day.
I chose Basi because the owner bought a new car from me in 2015. He and his wife were absolutely charming to deal with, and I went to them as a first choice as a result. You can't beat dealing with nice people, and the company matches the owners in this respect.

After recently moving house, we decided to have the heating system changed to a combi boiler. Kultar came and did the initial survey and was very polite and knowledgeable. He recommended a vaillant boiler and gave us a quote which we were very happy with. We agreed to the work and within a week, Alex, Ethan and ‘Uncle’ Bob came out to do the installation. They arrived on time and were extremely friendly and polite. They made sure that everywhere was sheeted up and got to work straight away. They did an amazing job, keeping us updated every step of the way. They were neat, tidy and did a very professional job, all whilst keeping us smiling with their fantastic senses of humour and great banter between them. They also serviced the gas hob and gas fire whilst waiting for the system to get up to temperature. Alex went through all the operating instructions with us and explained things very clearly. We are delighted with the boiler and cannot praise highly enough the amazing team that carried out the installation. We would definitely recommend Basi to anyone wanting a new heating system installed. Thanks a million guys!

I had a yearly service on my old boiler on Friday only to find out it was no longer fit for purpose. The engineer that attended gave me some guidance and options which led to the following. Kultar visited me on Saturday morning to assess and sent the recommendations off to Vaillant immediately. I was contacted by Jackie at Vaillant on Monday morning with a quote and payment options. Jay and Kez came to my property Tuesday morning and fitted a new boiler for me. The whole experience was extremely efficient and everyone that came to my property was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I can't believe how easy it was to organise and a big thank you to Jay and Kez for the work they carried out, but also the guidance they gave me. Would definitely recommend Basi to others

I recently had a whole new bathroom fitted by Basi. They came and ripped out the old bathroom, leaving me a toilet right until the new one was put in.
I was dreading the whole experience but it couldn’t have gone any smoother.

Daniel kept me up to date at all times with timescales and the progress of the bathroom.
His attention to detail is exceptional, he’s a perfectionist and a hard worker.
Daniel was super polite and friendly, he left the bathroom clean and tidy every night and made sure I was happy.
I would not hesitate to use Basi again, especially Daniel!

Survey (Kultar) to fit (Kez & Jay) was outstanding. Replacement of Vaillant Eco boiler in 48 hours!

Kultar offered his valuable knowledge with respect to us choosing the right boiler system for us on Tuesday followed by a call from Amanda arranging a swift install for us by Kez and Jay on Thursday!

They were respectful of our home, very efficient, neat and tidy and talked us through all the boiler controls.

Just had a Vailant Combination fitted by Basi Heating Bradford.
Initial survey was done by Kultar and gave me great advice and a lot cheaper than other quotes .
Jay and Kez were very efficient and neat and tidy.
The payment process was very straight forward and they took care of the warranty registration.
Would highly recommend them.

Alex and Ethan were very polite and friendly when fitting my new boiler. They cleaned up everywhere when finished and showed me how all the controls on the boiler worked. All seems to be working fine but I’m sure they’d be very helpful if I have any issues with it going forward. Also a few hundred quid cheaper than the likes of BOXT. Would definitely recommend BASI for anyone who needs a new boiler.

Just had a new boiler fitted from Basi. The service from start to finish was 5star would fully recommend them. Very professional. The 2 lads that came to fit my boiler were great very clean and tidy and did an exceptional job. Very impressed and would 100% recommend. Although the lads taste in music need some work😂 ( 50’s classic I think)😂 thank you all for a great job 👍🏻✅

Alex & Ethan have literally just finished installing a Systems Boiler and Tank. What can I say 'Diamond Geezers'. Pardon the Pun. Did a fantastic job, both fitting and cleaning up. Plus with a positive, professional and friendly attitude. That sums up the overall approaxh from BASI. From Kully through to Alex & Ethan. I've just had an air heat-pump fitted in my semi-detached Victorian house, these are very large items to install and in my case the components needed to be contained in a small space! Alex and his team managed to do this challenging work with a really friendly and positive approach, they were actually a pleasure to have around and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others considering a similar installation.

All aspects of dealing with this company were top notch. Kultar came out quickly and gave a really good value quote, even knocking some money off because I didn't need the wireless controller. Came and fit the new boiler just three days later which was great as the old boiler was on it's way out. The fitters (Kez and his colleague) were excellent - just could not fault their helpfulness and professionalism. Highly recommended.

We have had 2 full bathrooms installed which included building work. The work has been finished to a high standard. The main builder Peter is amazing at what he does. He took care of all the small details including protecting my carpets. The bathroom designs done by Tanny was excellent. Overall a brilliant experience. The team can be trusted and i left the house to them. Overall a very happy customers.

Just had an air source heat pump and heat battery set up installed. The work was carried out in a friendly timely manner by Alex and Ethan, along with the rest of the team with constant cleaning up leaving the job nice and tidy. All working well, we would gladly welcome them back for other work.

Had two bathrooms done, both bathroom engineers Dani an Emil were fantastic in their approach an craftmanship, and a definite asset to the company. 

All work was carried out with precision and quality thoughout. Both gentleman were fatastically approachable and very respectable towards the house an family, all precautions were taken to keep the house tidy during an after the job was completed.

Absoloutley delighted that there are engineers an companies still out there who take so much pride in the work they do. The communication  was fantastic from start to finish.

Credit to them, both bathrooms turned out fantastic, worth every penny. It was a absolute pleasure having them work at the house, and would not hesitate in  recommending Dani, Emil an Basi to anyone..

Alex, came and found the root cause of our long standing problem. Took pride in his work. Called a head to say he was on his way and turned up as planned. Service with a smile.

We used BASI Heating to convert our domestic set-up from a gravity fed (open vent) hot water cylinder fed from a tank in the loft to a new pressurised (unvented) 250L hot water cylinder and system boiler installed in the garage.

Alex and Ethan carried out the installation over two days in the middle of January. I honestly cannot rate their work, attitude and expertise highly enough.

The guys turned up on time and immediately got to work dropping our existing pipework straight into the garage for minimal disruption. Marten also did a great job taking up a section of our kitchen floor to fit a speedfit pipe for mains supply to the cylinder and then making the floor good.

Throughout the install Alex and Ethan were so polite, cheerful and respectful. They sheeted up everywhere they worked, kept everything neat and tidy and removed waste and all of the old installation. We were kept up-to-date on progress throughout the job. Their professionalism and enthusiasm was outstanding.

After the install was complete Alex went through the installation in detail, explaining how the system worked in full and answered all the questions we had.

As part of the same job we had a Nest thermostat, Surestop Stopcock and TRVs installed on all our rads.
