Ethan, Connor and Simon installed my gas boiler today (15/3/2022) plus thermostats, and extensive flue work. Extremely great work ethic demonstrated by all three engineers and very polite with it. They kept me informed on how things were going through the day (and even tidied up after). Very happy customer! Also just to add that the customer experience with Basi (from initial contact to installation) has been very professional and efficient. Really nice company! well done all C

Yesterday Conner and Eithan came to my home to install central heating radiators to two of my rooms. I would like to say how pleased I am with the service and how polite the two young men were. They tidied up after themselves. Thank you so much Conner and Eithan excellent service.

Absolutely delighted with the new boiler and need to state how brilliant the installation team of Alex, Ethan and Callum were in ensuring they thoroughly sheeted up, kept everywhere tidy and removed all of the waste. They did a great job, even going the extra mile to resolve pre-existing issues and provided clear advice and guidance on the new system....all with huge smiles on their faces throughout. We would highly recommended Basi as everything from the initial survey visit, installation and aftercare follow up have been tremendous. Thank you.

I had 3 young men come and install a new boiler in my house last week - Alex, Ethan and Anthony. All 3 were friendly and polite with Alex in particular making sure I understood the new boiler and thermostat and going above and beyond as I had a timid dog in my care at the time. They did the job very well, clearing away their mess at the end. Thankyou lads.

Just had my boiler replaced this morning by Alex Ethan and Dil they were all absolutely fantastic they came at the time that was stated and worked none stop these 3 lads were very friendly and easy to get along with and cleaned up after,explained everything on how it all works and made sure I was happy before they left I would highly recommend them thanks lads it was a laugh 😃

Brilliant service from basi boiler dripping rang them only took two days to come.Paul came sorted it out in 10 mins and he’s a lovely man very helpful.Wouldn’t use anybody else.

Just had a new boiler installed by basi.
Louis the engineer arrived on time and completed the job in the time stated.
Louis was very professional at all times he was very respectful of our property and the people in it. He kept his work area very tidy cleaning as he worked.he was very efficient in his job and seemed to really enjoy his work. He was very friendly at all times. After the installation he showed us how everything worked and the recommended settings.
Absolute pleasure having him work in our house, would highly recommend him and basi to others.

Fantastic communication from the first point of contact to installation of the boiler. Lewis & Connor arrived on time and immediately started work and never stopped all day until completion. Neat and tidy workers , very polite and explained how to use the timers before leaving. Excellent service and highly recommend.

Boiler replaced by Basi Heating. Works carried out within 24hrs as agreed. Basi Engineer arrived on time and were polite and professional. Boiler install was completed within 5 hrs. Very impressed with the service they have provided. Definitely the go to Guys whether its an Emergency or planned repair.

From the survey by Kultar until installation by Alex and Ethan this was a first class service for our boiler replacement. The new Vaillant boiler replacing our 20 year old one is excellent and the Nest control system that we had installed at the same time is working very well. Thanks to the Basi team.

We recently had the existing and very antiquated heating system at our home removed, and a boiler plus several radiators fitted over a period of two days.

Alex, Ethan, and Jay from Basi carried out all of the work. In addition, they took time to coach the young trainee they had with them.

They turned up promptly on both days, explained all aspects of the removal of the old system and installation of the new.

They displayed their knowledge and expertise both when advising us, and when carrying out the work.

They were at all time very professional, polite and friendly.

They delivered on time and in full.

Great job by the guys, and I will recommend them to family and friends.

Got bathroom installation done by Tanny. His quality of workmanship is being without an error or fault. Tanny's impeccability exceeds all expectation's. He work's his fingers to the ground. His friendliness is exquisite and exhilarating with perpetual personality whom he's willing to to go the extra mile for any customer. The bathroom he did is absolutely majestic. I would so highly recommend Basi for all Heating and Bathroom jobs without a shadow of doubt.

I had a new boiler fitted today. Basi provided an outstanding efficient service from the point of contact to the finish installation. Everyone was polite and a pleasure to deal with. The turnaround time was brilliant and I was given a quick installation date which I really appreciated. Basi engineer (Ryan) arrived on time and was polite. He did a immaculate job and cleared up afterwards. The job was completed with great satisfaction and Ryan fully explained to us how the new boiler & the wireless programmer works. Received an excellent service from Basi heating to replace a boiler and remove water tanks at short notice following a leak. Fitters were very professional, efficient gave a update at every stage of the work and left the house as if they had never been. A big thank you to Ethan, Stewart, Alex and Andy for providing an excellent service.
