Been using this company for years and their service remains consistently good.
Another couple of jobs yesterday by a new engineer, Dan. He kept me informed of his time of arrival - so no having to hang around all day. Very pleasant and informative and the jobs completed efficiently and cleanly.

Great service - coming out to do a quote, boiler and radiator fittings and follow up check. Team of Kultar, Ryan and Jamie were professional, efficient and helpful throughout.

We recently had a wonderful thermal heating installation carried out by two young engineers from Basi. The experience was so good that I wanted to take some time to write a review and express the wonderful professionalism of Ethan and Alex who have the most incredible work ethic and are an absolute credit to their company. They were the most exceptional professionals we have ever had working in our home. They were not only timely but polite, hardworking and put the extra miles in to get the work done, not stopping for breaks until what they set out to do was completed for the day. I have never met two young 20 somethings which such a strong work ethic and always with a smile on their face. These two are going far and I hope that Basi credits them for their professionalism. They are 'standout'! My sister also had the work done through them and she echoes my sentiments too. I'm sure she feels compelled to write her own review. I would be more than happy asking for them again, as my sister already has, and would be happy to wait to get their expertise for future work in our home.

We had dealings with 3 different members of staff (Taj, Jamie and Kultar) and all 3 of them were incredibly pleasant and knowledgable. Taj helped us get the best price for what we were wanting and Jamie fitted our new boiler with no problems whatsoever. Jame also offered knowledge on how to get the best our of our boiler and how to change the setting etc. Count be happier with the people and the service. Thank you Basi. Will definitely be recommending to others.

Alex and Ethan were absolutely brilliant. Clean, tidy, efficient and helpful. The company in general cannot be faulted. Good prices, simple to deal with and the boiler is perfect.

Fantastic service from Alex and Ethan fitting my new Valliant boiler, both very efficient, professional and tidy. Have had a terrible experience in the past with other plumbers but both gents were brilliant, and courteous while I worked from home.

I had an old Vokera boiler serviced recently which was basically past it and potentially dangerous, so opted to have a new Vallient 28 fitted by Basi Heating a week later. The two lads doing the removal and install, Alex and Ethan, were punctual, professional in both appearance and attitude, and very affable characters, and managed to sort out the boiler replacement plus a couple of odd jobs I'd asked for on my radiators and feeder taps within a few hours, leaving the work area spotless afterwards.
With my hot water restored and a good part of the afternoon still free I couldn't have been happier with the service, and will definitely be using them again for the annual boiler service and any other future projects I might need them for.

Amazing service - from the efficient turnaround time for the survey results, quick installation date and friendly Basi engineer (Jamie). The room was left clean and tidy. You wouldn't know a new boiler had been fitted. Jamie was helpful and even contacted the electrician to confirm his arrival time so i could ensure someone would be at the property to check the re-connection of the NEST. Brilliant job Basi.

Just had a new boiler and under floor insulation installed by Basi Gas. Very well organised, kept me updated throughout the process, all operatives were very clean and tidyed up after themselves. Turned up when they said they would. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Got a new boiler fitted by these two today. What can I say,very polite and professional and not forgetting the banter between them. Highly recommended keep up the excellent work lads!!

Basi installed central heating system for me in my house recently from scratch. I must say the engineers did a brilliant job. They put the radiators where I wanted them hid all the piping under the floor boards and out the way and the boiler was nicely hidden in the cupboard out of sight. I would recommend this company for all your heating needs and I would definitely use them again. Thankyou basi for s brilliant job . Regards Mr Khan

Alex and Ethan did a great job replacing our old boiler and fitting a new Vallient one. Both were friendly, professional and delivered an excellent and efficent service fitting the new boiler in 4 hours. Good pricing too. Defintley reccomend Basi Heating- thank you!

Alex and Ethan replaced our knackered old boiler with a shiny new Vaillant condenser. Arrived promptly, polite and cheerful, and carried out the work in less than 4 hours. Cleared up their mess and unblocked my drain too!! Good price. 10 year warranty. Would definately recommend.
