Baskil Window Systems Reviews

Very good service, Grahame Taylor in particular very helpful always on hand for information and any queries I may have.

We used Baskil for our windows and doors in our new build, and we're very happy with both the product and service. Grahame Taylor was fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we got what we wanted.

I can't do this, can you. Just write 'excellent, clean service'. Dermy was great to work with

Had a recent door fitted. Absolutely beautiful door, great quality, Dermy was great at replying to any messages and helping us decide on how the door would look. It was all completed within weeks from start to finish and very competitive pricing.
100% recommend and have passed details on to a few friends to check out.

3rd time I've used baskil have dealt with dermot every time always helpful and prompt to call out lovely product

I've been ordering windows from Baskil for a few years now and the service and quality of them has been second to none.
I recently ordered the timber sliding sash windows and they came on time and on budget .
Dermot my rep is always on the end of the phone 7 days a week and a true gentleman. Nothings ever an issue and always goes that extra mile for me ⭐

Really top job and lads that fitted did a professional job and cleaned up after! Super

Worked with Baskil for may years. Great service.

Have worked with this company a few times. Most recently working with Conor Duff, easy worked with and a quick turnaround time on windows and doors. Never had any major issues with this company over the years. Any minor snags etc sorted out and no questions asked. Would recommend.

Graham Taylor, has supplied both windows and doors to many of our new builds, extensions and refurbishment’s and always provides such a great service from start to finish! Highly recommend.

Grahame Taylor supplied our composite front door, the service he delivered was nothing less than fantastic. He gave great advice as to the type of door that would be suitable for our house and directed us on colours that the company offered. All in all a flawless experience and will be contacting Grahame again in the future for further works.

From pricing through to fitting and aftercare we have no issues.
Grahame Taylor works hard to make the process as simple as necessary.

Very easy to work with, great help and alot off different options of windows up in there display room, worth a run up to it

Dermot met us on site and was more than helpful. His resolute attitude allowed us to participate by making some templates for the large arched windows which he then had transported to the workshop. The finished windows were very neat fitting and look really sharp against the stonework finish. Some minor faults were very competently remedied by Colin on site within a week of the fitting squad being on site. Great job all round 👏🏻

Great product expertly fitted by two great fellas.
Unfortunately not matched by customer service. Our rep was hard to contact and contributed to the company making a complete mess of the accounting, including a significant over-charge. Simple things were made very complicated.
Not sure I would recommend.

We had an excellent overall experience from sales (Dermot) to the installation team. We had a difficult self-build project but we found Baskil to be outstanding, going the extra mile to help make our dream home possible.

Great service from Conor at Baskil's. Very happy with my windows and doors, efficient production and delivery and helpful communication from Conor throughout the process. Thank you!

Great experience, fast, no messing about.
Conner was a great help.

Excellent service as always from Baskil. Effortless from a customer perspective. From Conor coming out to view, sorting the measurements, the fitters working away - all in all a fabulous service.

Wouldn't pass Baskil for quality and efficiency for windows.
