Baskil Window Systems Reviews

Had baskil windows supply and fit aluminium windows and doors.
All the process was simple and quick .
From Connor coming out and measuring up and installed weeks later.
I have used them for years on jobs .
No issues or trouble.
Hard to beat these days.

Big thanks to Connor for organising everything and the changes . Thanks Simon

Right from the start the communication process was excellent Conner was great clearly talking through the avialable product styles colour and price .
Once the order was made I was kept in the loop by conner and the team. Intsulation times were stuck to and were we needed to tweak thing conner was excellent. A special mention for William also he came on on a couple of occasions to repair some snags but he is a real craftsman who took time repairing the small strach of issue .
I have to say Baskil windows have a team fully aligned and will certainly use them again when I do my roof space conversion. A great job 👏 well done .

Hi , I’m a building contractor in north down I have been dealing with Conor duff from Baskil windows for the last year on several contracts the service I have received from them has been first class their windows, service and lead times has been very reliable, they are also very competitive on their prices, great aftercare services!

Great service and customer after care from Dermot highly recommended

Super product and a friendly service. The fitters did a great job and the few issues that arose (mainly to do with the fact that mine was a refit of a very old property) were quickly ironed out with no fuss. Cheers

Moved into a new build house built by contractor and had a few snags.
I was given the sales rep ( Dermot) number and he reassured me that all items would be addressed.
A service engineer called me to arrange a visit. His name was Mervyn. He arrived on time and was very tidy and extremely efficient. An absolute super job!!
If I was building my own house I wouldn’t look past this company.
Brilliant back up and service.

From my first meeting on site with Conor to the final completion I found him to be totally professional taking time to explain everything in simple terms and met all the timelines. Excellent customer service and a super product that met all our needs.

Have been buying Windows and doors of Baskil for a number of years now have received every order on time and products are fairly priced the rep I deal with is called dermot and he always steers us in the right direction

We started our new house and didn’t know what windows to go for, then Dermot got in contact with us and went above and beyond for us, and we are totally pleased with the ones he helped us pick, and the quality of them are fantastic, couldn’t recommend Dermot high enough! Great fella

Don’t go to this glazing company, they have no after sales and there product is very inferior compared to other company’s
GGF glass glazing federation most company’s are list with.
This company used to be listed but either got thrown out or got too many complaints.
Most of the reputable company’s are with GGF
Avoid Baskil and they’ve traded under a few different names also.

We needed a new front door and arch surround and Dermot from Baskil was recommended to me by a builder friend.Dermot could not have been more helpful and professional in helping us choose the right door and frame . The two guys (Paddy and Dan) who came to measure up and fit it all were excellent .I have not seen such excellent workmanship for a long time very neat and tidy .They started at 8am and had the whole job done by 12.30.
Overall I could not recommend Dermot and Baskil high enough the whole job from start to finish was excellent.
I would never go past these guys in the future if I ever need any doors or windows replaced .

Very helpful aftersales service

We love our new front door and picture window. From beginning to end we experienced efficient, friendly and polite service.

I highly recommend this business.Dermy, Danny, Paddy-thank you so much. Brilliant job.

Goes above and beyond for his customers and does a fantastic job 10/10

We have been using Baskil windows over the last 20 years, with Dermot being our rep and main point of contact.
Dermot and the rest of his teams have provided a great service to us over the years, from small simple jobs to large complicated jobs and the snagging service they provide is fantastic if a problem arises it was always sorted and our customers where left happy and content there windows off top standard quality, well fitted and check over before handover of there new property.

A first class service from this company. Came measured up the windows and a few weeks later the men arrived to fit the windows. It took them two days to remove the old windows and install the new ones, they did a very tidy job with no mess. Wouldn’t have known they were there except for the new windows. Well pleased with the quality of the windows and the workmanship and even more so with the price. Would recommend them to any one looking windows.

Have started using baskil as past two years great company to deal with and competitively priced
