I recently purchased a large column radiator from Bathroom Takeaway and couldn't be happier with both the product and the service. The radiator is excellent quality, looks fantastic, and was very competitively priced compared to other retailers. The customer service team were friendly and helpful throughout, and the delivery process was smooth with great communication and assistance. Overall, a really positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bathroom Takeaway to others.

I ordered 2 radiators which arrived…
I ordered 2 radiators which arrived quickly and were well packaged. One box was slightly damaged but the product was fine inside. The radiators look great and price and guarantee period were better than other suppliers.
I had also ordered the cast iron legs (one arrived in less than 24 hours from ordering!) but then the installer decided they weren’t needed. I returned them and received a refund promptly. All email contact about the return was answered fully and politely. Will definitely order from Bathroom Takeaway again when I replace the other radiators.

I can see that you raised your order 09/07/2026 which was dispatched the next working day 10/07/2026.
On 10/07/2026 we sent an email to the email address on the order stating that the order had been dispatched, along with the tracking reference and the courier it had been sent with.
I have checked the couriers tracking site and it does bring up the details of your order.
Looking at the tracking information it does show that your order missed scans and was not scanned until the day of delivery.
We will be investigating this with the courier to try and understand what happened with your case in order to limit further instances of this happening again.

The first item arrived damaged and they…
The first item arrived damaged and they insisted I make a new order and pay again for the shower tray and then the second delivery was “lost” and no one called me from either DX couriers or from Bathroom Takeaway. I am now out of pocket by £500 and being held up on my project which has cost me £250 a day in labour and I have no shower tray coming in the near future. I will never order from bathroom takeaway again. Very unprofessional

I can see that you raised your order 23/06/2026 which was delivered 25/06/2026.
You contacted us 05/07/2026 to advise us that the item was damaged. We recommended that as we required the item to be collected before we could issue a replacement, ordering a replacement would be the quickest option.
On 07/07/2026 you ordered your replacement which was sadly lost in transit. As we require the courier to investigate lost parcels, we were unable to send a replacement until their investigation was completed, which resulted in us issuing a refund.
While we appreciate that this was disappointing, we do recommend that fitters are not booked until you have received the goods and that the goods have been fully checked over.
We sincerely apologise for the delays and will investigate this further with our courier to see what improvements can be mate to limit this from happening again.
