I ordered the battery and my CC was…
I ordered the battery and my CC was charged for the purchased and then they told me it would be 4-5 weeks to receive the purchase, meanwhile my bike is stuck in the garage with no battery, all the while i have to replace the like Ionic lithium battery because the original I had in the bike i a thermal event

The battery was just in a box rattling around with very little packaging materials to cushion it - I see that battery was sent from VA, so I’m sure the shelf life on the battery is much less because it was all smashed around …

It's a sturdy device with mounting points and a fan. Nice layout on the front panel showing everything going on. I should have bought this five years ago when I first saw it on YouTube.

I still haven’t received the battery. It was supposed to be here two days. I am now being told it’ll be 2 to 3 weeks. I absolutely give you zero stars and will never order again.

Went through all the trouble to find
Went through all the trouble to find, order, and expedite shipping on the batteries that I needed to fix my Jeep. When they arrived, one battery was correct, and the other was some off-brand battery that I wouldn't use in a watch. The company did not notify me of the change, and the price I paid was not reduced for the lesser items. When I tried to contact the company for a return, I did not get any replies. In the end, I used PayPal to file a dispute, and my emails were returned instantly.
