Bought a battery for my car and had it installed at the Dundalk, MD location. Was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received from Jeff. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain things. He made the entire experience 5 star. Just had it installed this morning so I am confident that the quality of the battery is top notch also. I thought the price that I paid was fair as well. Would highly recommend patronizing Battery Warehouse, esp. the Dundalk location. Thank You Jeff!

Horrible shipping time...5 days from Pennsylvania to South Carolina??? Hell I could have drove there and picked it up quicker!!!

GREAT SERVICE even when things go wrong: - Two years ago I took my Lexus to Battery Warehouse Tauranga as the car was getting hard to start. The man told me the battery was 'down' and he replaced it with his recommendation. When I tried to start the car it wouldn't turn over. After much discussion in which I suggested the old battery was probably OK, he assured me it was down in 'power'. Further discussion,,,, then he suggested I take my car outside so he could close the shop. I then waited outside for my friend to arrive and tow me home. Meanwhile Mr Battery 'Expert' went home for the night! The next day I phoned and asked if he still had my 'dead' battery so I could pick it up, as it was most likely still OK. He said it had been scrapped! Yeah RIGHT! I replaced the starter motor which was the reason for the problem, however the 'New' battery he gave me went flat several times and so I replaced the alternator to no avail. Today (two years later) I took the vehicle back as lately it had been slow to crank and the voltage was just under 12V with no load.
The nice (older) man at BW looked at it and said it was the wrong battery for the vehicle and the !!!!!! who sold it to me had left BW a few months after (Thank God). I explained the saga to him and he checked the battery and then called a younger man to listen to my tale of woe. :-)) Upon hearing my frustration he said, "Let's just replace it with the correct battery (More expensive) at no charge" AWESOME....GREAT BACKUP SERVICE....WELL DONE...I'LL BE BACK!

Like others - placed order and 3 weeks later no delivery and no replies to emails. Poor service and now their website is down. Maybe they are out of business!

If I could give Battery Warehouse a zero rating, I would. This is the third dud battery we received from Battery Warehouse. When I took it back, the guy behind the counter was so rude that I wanted my money back, I just could not believe it. He had already sold me two other deadbeat batteries. If they don't want to give people their money back, they should sell people good batteries.

Go to Batteries Plus Bulbs instead. Their products are up to date and the service is excellent.

Aha! Refund promised but it took a number of grumbling emails. Merits a couple more stars.

They seem to use "shopify" thus making it harder to talk.

At the moment Battery Warehouse only deserve the red star.
I wished to cancel an order. They don't answer emails.
Their system is rubbish and I hate having to waste time on them in order to get a refund via PayPal.

Can't fault service, I was a little unsure after reading some comments but rices on durable batteries were much cheaper on here than any one else. I spoke with a member of the team on facebook messenger to double check I was getting the write deals and to figure out what was best for my needs. They were very helpful and responded very quickly even giving me a new customer discount code. Once I ordered I double checked delivery times about 2 days later, they were dispatched the same day and arrived after the weekend. Everything was in good order so can't complain, would use again if needed.

Dont waste your time ordering from them.

I ordered a set of batteries which were stated on the web site as being in stock and 3-5 working days for delivery. They had not arrived after 6 working days and I was told it would be at least another 2 days before they arrive. Customer service tried to claim that the 3-5 days is from the date they get round to despatching them, not the date of order - be warned.

I edited this and added a star because they actually arrived on day 6 after I first wrote this, so not as bad as it could have been.

My order took a week to arrive which was a lot longer than I expected. On arrival the package was sopping wet and on opening it one of the boxes was split open and the batteries were loose in the packet.

The price was good for what I ordered, but I wasn't expecting it to take so long to receive the items, and it was if the package was left in the rain despite me receiving it from the courier. It was very wet indeed.

The batteries I ordered were exactly as described, arrived promptly and were a third the price of Tesco's. What more could you want?

the batteries were a good product and most keenly priced. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anybody who wants to buy batteries

I needed a battery for my kitchen scales (couldn't bake without them) Then I noticed that their other batteries were very good value so I ordered my batteries on line and they were delivered within three days. Great !!

Could not have done better than get batteries from there.

I could not find the battery I wanted in my local shops. I hoped to find it online, but expected to pay an inflated price. I was delighted that my battery was in stock and at a similar price to shops, even including postage.

My experience dealing with Battery Warehouse has been first-class. The price was very good, cheaper than other sites I visited, it provided the type of battery I needed (9 volt, Duracel Ultra), and deliverd on time with no fuss. I can certainly recommend Battery Warehouse.
